Does the decoration of a six-star hotel need the approval of the Construction Committee?

Where a newly-built hotel is renovated, the construction unit shall receive the application form for the construction project from the construction administrative department or its authorized institution, and the construction can be started only after approval.

If the original house is renovated and the main structure is removed, which obviously increases the load, the owner and user of the house must apply to the real estate administrative department where the house is located, and the house safety appraisal unit will review the use safety of the decoration scheme. After approval, the applicant for house decoration can go through the construction application formalities with the approval letter to the construction administrative department, and can start construction only after obtaining the construction permit.
