Ipoh's city profile

Ipoh is located in central Perak, more than 200 kilometers away from Kuala Lumpur. The city is divided into two parts: the old city and the new city.

The buildings in the old city are old, the streets are narrow, and the new city is full of modern buildings. There is a coronation park in the upper reaches of the Kota River to commemorate the coronation of King George V of England. However, the most famous caves and temples in the suburbs include Thunderbolt Cave, Sanbao Cave, Nantian Cave, Donghua Cave and Longtouyan.
