It is said that the fire protection law stipulates that fire protection cannot lock the security door. How to manage? Can't thieves stop it?

Fire safety doors cannot be locked during business hours.

Fire exits refer to fire exits in crowded places such as shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels and dance halls. It is not allowed to lock the door during business hours to ensure evacuation and fire rescue in case of fire. These doors can be locked during non-business hours, which not only ensures the smooth flow of fire exits, but also solves the problem of anti-theft during non-business hours.

According to Article 8 of the Fire Protection Law:

First, actively cooperate with the rectification of fire safety hazards and stay out of it. Cover fire safety evacuation signs, fire accident emergency lighting, fire control facilities and equipment; Do not pile up sundries in the safe passage; Do not block the safety exit; Don't lock the fire door during business hours.

Second, after the fire hits the face, protect the scene in time, accept the accident investigation, and truthfully provide the fire accident situation. Without the permission of the public security fire control institution, it is not allowed to enter, move or clean up the fire scene.
