Ningbo Gulou 1
Drum Tower, also known as Haishu Building, is the only remaining architectural site of the ancient city in Ningbo. Its lower part is the traditional tower style of China, but above the tower is the bell tower in Roman style, which combines Chinese and western styles and has a unique style. Nowadays, the Drum Tower is surrounded by an antique pedestrian street, and Ningbo special snacks such as Youzanzi are worth a try.

It was built by Fan Qin, a retired official in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty. There are ancient books and case books in the building, and there is a strong scholarly atmosphere everywhere.
The museum is actually a garden in the south of the Yangtze River. Rockery, ponds, pavilions and other scenery are scattered in the east and south gardens of the park. Walking in the antique brick and wood corridor, you can feel the tranquility of the environment. There is a forest of steles in Mingzhou in the park, and hundreds of steles record the history of ancient official education. 3. Nantang Old Street
Nantang Old Street is located outside the south gate of the ancient city of Ningbo. It used to be the "Southern Gate and Three Cities" where the business and culture of old Ningbo gathered, ranking among the eight historical blocks in Ningbo.
The old street has completely preserved more than 500 meters of traditional streets and lanes in the south of the Yangtze River, and successfully integrated the historical charm, architectural characteristics and celebrity culture of the old street into the layout of the block in the design and construction, reappearing the strong atmosphere of Ningbo people's commercial transactions and daily life in the past 100 years.
The entrance of the old street is the archway of Nantang Old Street. There are blue walls and carved attics on both sides of the street, but they are all rebuilt, so they look relatively new. Most small shops on both sides of the street sell Ningbo snacks. There are all kinds of snacks that can be eaten until the end. It is definitely a paradise for foodies.
There are also many cultural relics and historic sites in Nantang Old Street: Yuan Xie, one of the "Four Wonders" in the Southern Song Dynasty, and his descendants once lived here.
