Is the stall at the entrance of the hospital unattended?

Setting up a stall itself is not illegal. Most importantly, the places where stalls are set up may infringe the rights of other rights holders. For example, putting it in front of a big shopping mall or hotel will inevitably affect the legitimate rights and interests of the big shopping mall or hotel; If you sell on the street, because sidewalks or streets are public areas and owned land, urban management, a consortium of government law enforcement departments, will safeguard the rights of obligees on behalf of the government and all the people.

In addition, setting up stalls in public areas will inevitably cause environmental pollution, noise pollution and other problems, and may violate environmental laws and regulations. Also, stalls may be suspected of tax evasion due to lack of supervision and may violate tax laws and regulations.
