Why didn't Chai Jin like Song Wu?

Chai Jin doesn't like Song Wu because he doesn't like Song Wu. Officer Chai is also a generous man in the Water Margin. Why don't you like Hanwu, a good master in Jianghu?

According to the book, because Song Wu likes drinking, making trouble and hitting people, Zhuang people in Manzhuang don't like him, so they often complain to Chai Daguan. Chai Jin hated Song Wu, but he didn't order him to leave. "He just treats him slowly." .

Is that really the case? After reading the text carefully, I found that there was another reason why Chai Jin didn't like Song Wu, not just that Song Wu was drinking and making trouble and hitting people. So, what is the reason?

Chai Daguan's "generosity" is conditional.

This incident comes from several heroes who are "generous in aiding needy people" written by Shi Naian. The first one, of course, was Chai Jin, the first whirlwind, and then Classical, Song Jiang and Lu Junyi also had the praise of "helping others with their wealth".

Song Jiang's generosity is unconditional and has no object. Anyone who is in trouble can only get help if he finds Song Jiang. Moreover, Song Jiang is very kind to those who come to defect, even better than Classical.

When the king appeared, Shi Naian wrote:

Zu is a rich man in his county. He was generous to wealth all his life and loved to meet heroes all over the world. However, some people came to see him and stayed in the village for better or worse. Help him up with silver chopsticks if you want to leave.

This passage is written in the text, not a poem or a eulogy, but it should be written by Shi Naian. Judging from this description, Chaotianwang is indeed a hero who is "generous in aiding needy people". But apart from this description, I have never seen any other typical deeds of Chao Gai to prove that he is really "generous in aiding needy people".

Later, Wu Yong took the Ruan brothers to Dongxi Village to discuss the important issue of taking the birth program, and Sanruan went back first. At this point, the classical sent thirty taels of silver. Does this matter count as "helping the righteous and helping the poor" of Super King? Of course, it can be counted, because Shi Naian has defined the condition of "helping others with their wealth" in classical literature, that is, only supporting the heroes who defected to him.

As for giving money to Lei Heng, this is not "generous in aiding needy people", but a naked bribe to officials.

Classical's "generosity in cherishing wealth" is limited to the heroes who defected to his Jianghu, while Chai Jin is more "stingy" than classical heavenly king. Chief Chai only supports criminals in the past, heinous fugitives and strongmen who are ready to go up the mountain to rebel.

Chai Jin appeared because Lin Chong was sent to Cangzhou and was pushed out by the shopkeeper in the hotel. This is Chai Jin's "secret appearance". Chai Jin heard his name before meeting him. What was his reputation? Let's listen to the shops on Cangzhou Road:

There are 30 or 50 brave people at home who specialize in recruiting people from all over the world. They often ask our hotel, "If a prisoner is sent here, please ask him to come to our village and I will help him." I'm selling wine and meat to you now, and my face is red. He said you have your own travel expenses, so I won't help you.

Chai Jin's "door attracts all guests", in fact, he didn't recruit any heroes, including Wang Lun, Du Qian, Lin Chong, Song Wu, Song Jiang and Li Kui jy. Look, who are these people? They are either strongmen who want to go to the mountains and become an outlaw, or macho men who kill people and break the law. No wonder the store said that Chief Chai was widely known and fully supported the mobile criminals. Moreover, these prisoners have no travel expenses and are sallow and emaciated.

When a prisoner has no travel expenses, he is asking for it. Such a person had better buy it.

Don't you want to rebel?

Chai Jin is really disgusting, but he doesn't have the guts to be a thief. He just dreamed of Gao Tang and wanted to restore his royal blood day and night.

In my recent Q&A, I specifically answered Chai Jin's performance in Gaotangzhou, proving that he is a man who wants to get back his justice and has a bad heart. Here are a few simple points for readers to enjoy.

Chai Jin's uncle is called Chai Huangcheng and lives in the Forbidden City in Gaotangzhou. This is a very obvious message. Who dares to call that? How do rich people live in the Forbidden City?

However, Chai Jin's rebellion was actually not for rebellion, but to restore his "Guo" royal name. In the Five Dynasties, Chai was adopted as an adopted son by Mao of the later Zhou Dynasty and inherited the throne, so it should be changed to Guo. Although he changed his surname and inherited Guo's throne, he was still a "adopted son", not Guo's pulse. Therefore, Chai Huangcheng's wife and Chai Jin's aunt were written as "second wives".

Chen Qiao mutiny, took Guo Jiangshan, and later restored Chai's real name. Song Taizu did this to prove its legal status. Everyone is a foreign surname, and it is legal for anyone to sit on Guo Jiangshan, not to usurp the throne and rebel.

With the help of Chai Jin's story, Shi Naian tells such a historical allusion in the book, standing in an impartial position, saying that Zhao Kuangyin really took Chai's land. However, Zhao Kuangyin's just act of "doing justice for heaven" wiped out the show of the Five Dynasties and brought peace to the world. The Northern Song Dynasty has been established for more than one hundred years, so Chai Jia should stop. Therefore, Shi Naian said that Chai Jin is a "small whirlwind", which can't lift the wind and waves. Only the evil wind such as the black whirlwind can stifle Zhao Kuangyin's fabricated "going against the sky" and make the emperor of the Song Dynasty sleepless.

Chai Jin went to Liangshan, and in the big ranking, he should be "the stars in the sky". Shi Naian gave Chai Jin justice, but it also implied the meaning of exhorting the declining royal family to be content with wealth.

The king of Cheshire wanted to blow a whirlwind, dream of the Tang Dynasty and restore the surname of Emperor Guo. So he is entrenched in Cangzhou Road to help those who are assigned to the army and go up the mountain to become an outlaw. Chai Jin continued to transport the most heinous heroes to Liangshan and became the gold owner of Wang Lun.

So, didn't Song Wu also kill people? Why can't Chai always hate him?

Song Wu is not qualified to make Chai Jin like him.

The first person Chai Jin received in Water Margin was Lin Chong. At this time, coach Lin wore a cangue and a golden seal, and he didn't have enough to eat and drink in the hotel. Chai Jin likes Lin Chong very much. This suit is a business card. Without identification, Chai Jin knew that he should help this man.

There is another important factor in Chai Jin's warm hospitality to Lin Chong.

On the way, Chai Jin met a Pei Jun, saw the "business" and asked who it was. Lin replied:

The villain is the imperial coach in Tokyo. His surname is Lin and his name is Chong. Because he was mean to Gao Taiwei, he found out about it and opened the house. He confessed and sent him to this Cangzhou.

Hearing this, Chai Jin dismounted respectfully and said, "Chai Jin missed the reception." Say that finish, he knelt on the grass. Then, I took Lin Chong's hand and went back to the champion together.

Chai Jin's series of actions can be regarded as a respect for Lin Chong's 800,000 imperial gun coach, but he took a fancy to Gao Taiwei and offended Lin Chong, who is good at netting. Why do you say that? It's still related to Gaotangzhou.

Yin Zhige is cousin Gao Qiu's brother-in-law. Raiders of the Sky lost Chai Jia's imperial surname, and meeting Lin Chong was a foreshadowing of Gaotangzhou's story.

Chai Jin was so kind to Lin Chong, and also gave financial aid to Wang Lun and Du Qian. Why doesn't he like Song Wu? It depends on why Song Wu came to Chai Jin.

According to the records in the book, Song Wu killed a local spy by mistake in Qinghe County, and then fled to the Jianghu and came to Chai Daguan Village in Cangzhou.

So, Song Wu himself said that he killed someone. What evidence does he have? number

Sung River killed Yan Poxi. Yuncheng county officials, though exempted from Song Jiang, got off the sea arrest documents. The sea-catching documents in Water Margin go very fast. Ruda killed Zheng Tu and ran for his life. After more than a month, he arrived in Yanmen County, and the documents on catching the sea had already been posted at the crossroads of the county. So, what about Song Wu's arrest documents?

Lu Da and Song Jiang killed butchers and concubines, while Song Wu killed a small official. In addition, when Song Wu was in Qinghe County, he often went to court. Wu Dalang said that there was no "clean office" for a month. With such a criminal record, why not just let him get away with it and arrest him without a sea arrest document?

Without seeing the documents of the sea arrest, Chai can't assume that this person is a dead man.

According to the book, Chai Jin didn't like Song Wu because Chai Jin kept complaining to Zhuang Ke, who was just a cover for Shi Naian. As long as Chai Jin didn't speak, who dare to neglect Song Wu?

Therefore, the real reason why Chai Jin didn't like Song Wu was that Song Wu didn't meet the rescue conditions of Chai Daguan. Sure enough, Song Wu didn't kill anyone. Because of this, Qinghe county did not go to the sea to catch documents. Chai Jin is still very clever. If Song Jiang hasn't come yet, will Chai Jin give the marching orders?

Of course, if interpreted from another angle, what Song Wu did was also disgusting. Chai Jin doesn't like Song Wu, which makes sense. Just like classicism, "helping others with money" is conditional.

However, after meeting Song Jiang, Song Wu's "pre-illness has passed". This also proves that Song Wu is not an uneducated person. If Song Wu was qualified to let Chai Jin treat him well, would Song Wu have not corrected it?

After all, it was just a whirlwind. Compared with Song Jiang, Chai Jin has a big gap.
