2. Close contacts with home isolation conditions will be adjusted from "5 days of centralized isolation medical observation +3 days of home isolation medical observation" to "5 days of home isolation medical observation", or they can choose centralized isolation voluntarily. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
