Shuyang Edible Fungi High-tech Demonstration Park, founded by Li Mingzhong, a large edible fungus grower, has played a leading role in the production of edible fungi in Longji Town. The park is located on the north side of the first-class road in Sushu, covering an area of more than 50 mu. Eighty high-standard mushroom houses have been built, with a total area of 28,000 square meters. Equipped with a 300-square-meter raw material workshop, a 200-square-meter processing workshop and a 300-square-meter finished product warehouse, there are 30 employees and 6 technicians, with a total investment of 5 million yuan. The main varieties of edible fungi in Longji Town are Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Volvariella volvacea and Pleurotus eryngii, with an annual output of1.2000 kg, all of which are sold through orders, with direct economic benefits of more than 5 million yuan. Longji Town has a good production momentum, the scale is expanding year by year, and the benefits are increasing year by year, which has played a certain role in driving the local economy.
