Eighty high-standard mushroom houses have been built, with a total area of 28,000 square meters. Equipped with a 300-square-meter raw material workshop, a 200-square-meter processing workshop and a 300-square-meter finished product warehouse, there are 30 employees and 6 technicians, with a total investment of 5 million yuan. The main varieties of edible fungi in Longji Town are Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Volvariella volvacea and Pleurotus eryngii, with an annual output of1.2000 kg, all of which are sold through orders, with direct economic benefits of more than 5 million yuan. Longji Town has a good production momentum, the scale is expanding year by year, and the benefits are increasing year by year, which has played a certain role in driving the local economy.
