A researcher at the Institute of Geographical Sciences and Resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences said that the blueprint was formulated according to Grenada's current economic development level, and most of the goals could be achieved within ten years. According to the information shared by the planning team at the domestic academic conference in China, the main island of Grenada will be divided into seven different regions-the economic center will be built near the capital St. George, the central mountainous area will be turned into a national park providing limited human activities, and the other five regions will be used for renewable energy development, agricultural development, fruit processing, fishery development, tourism and medical tourism respectively.

The plan also envisages the construction of large-scale infrastructure projects in this small tropical country. These projects include the construction of roads connecting the main towns of the main island, a deep-water port that can accommodate a large number of cruise ships and cargo ships, a wind power plant that replaces diesel generators, and a modern airport with more and longer runways.
