What is the name of the sculpture around the island at the front intersection of Shaoxing Passenger Transport Center?

This is the first large-scale urban sculpture in Shaoxing, which was completed before 1999 National Day. The main body of the urban sculpture is a reinforced concrete frame structure, covering an area of 2,890 square meters and a height of 2 1.8 meters. Four Qingtian pillars carved with granite reliefs stand in the water. Columns support stainless steel prisms, surrounded by green spaces, waterscapes and fountains. It symbolizes Shaoxing's long history and culture, the spirit of Shaoxing people's down-to-earth construction and the blending of water town and wine culture.
