Chengguan Town of Jinsha County is located in the east of Bijie Prefecture, with an average elevation of 9 10 meter. It belongs to the humid monsoon region in the middle subtropical zone, with mild climate and abundant rainfall. It is the political, economic, cultural and information center of this country.
