The library integrates book lending, reference service, information service and continuing education, implements free opening and comprehensive open-shelf management, provides public cultural information services for readers, and plays an important role in realizing and protecting citizens' basic cultural rights and interests and meeting people's basic cultural needs. All books and periodicals in the library are open, and the current periodicals are reported to the reading room free of charge, so readers can read in the room without any documents; All adult citizens, regardless of geographical and occupational restrictions, can apply for a library card with valid documents. At present, the first and second floors are open to readers, and there are many service windows 10, such as social science lending office, natural science lending office, current issue reading room, current issue reading room, back issue reading room, donation reading room, reference consulting room, multimedia reading room, reader's study room, film and television lecture hall, exhibition hall, circulation station outside the library, etc., which provide readers with services such as book lending, multimedia audio-visual, reference book retrieval and translation. At present, there are 625 kinds of newspapers and periodicals in the library, and all adults can read them indoors without any documents. With 560 seats, the multifunctional film and television lecture hall is the most upscale medium-sized multifunctional hall in the city at present. Indoor facilities can provide readers with various services, such as reading lectures, speech contests, music appreciation, film screening, various conferences and cultural performances.
