Due to the foggy weather in Wangmang Ridge, the room is a little damp, and the hotel price is a little more expensive than the hotel farmhouse at the foot of the mountain. In order to drive up the mountain, it is worthwhile to photograph the sunrise conveniently.

We went to the mountain after dinner in Wolong Mountain Villa, a self-operated hotel in Wangmang Ridge Scenic Area in Mid-Levels, and each of us had a rest for one night without saying anything. The weather in August is wearing half-sleeved clothes at the foot of the mountain. When we first went up the mountain, everyone was frozen by the cold wind at the top of the mountain. Those three men were afraid of renting military coats in the morning, so I firmly refused to let them rent them for me. I don't think it's necessary to wear such a thick coat on the top of the mountain in hot summer, and the cotton wool of those coats has leaked out, which tastes strange. Those three people all laughed at me and looked forward to reading my jokes in the morning.

Get up early, Mr. Bense insisted that I wear his broken yellow coat, and I resolutely refused to wear it. In Mr. Bense's nagging, the four of us arrived at the observation deck in the dark along the rugged mountain road.

There are few tourists on the observation deck. Several people are long-term guests of the mountain farmhouse. They chatted with them while waiting for dawn, and learned that this man was from Wuhan, about sixty years old, and came to Wangmang Ridge with his wife and grandson. It is said that they come on holiday every summer, and they eat and live in the farmhouse at the foot of the mountain for 40 yuan a day. They all have pensions. They came to Wangmang Ridge to escape the summer heat. Every morning, they climb the mountain from the village at the foot of the mountain to the observation deck, exercise for a while and then go down the mountain.

The sky gradually brightened and clouds appeared in the valley. The clouds slowly dispersed and gradually rose from the bottom of the valley. Lespedeza is in full bloom, and the original clear and recognizable mountain peaks are hidden in the clouds. We look for various angles to shoot on the observation deck, and use the lens to keep the beautiful scenery at this moment as much as possible. It was quiet all around, and several tourists who climbed the mountain had already gone down. Only a few photographers stayed on the top observation deck. The silent valley observation deck was also filled with clouds, and at that moment we seemed to live in a fairyland.

After missing breakfast time, we ate instant noodles at a nearby stall and went back to the observation deck to continue looking forward to the sunrise.

Time passed slowly, the sun never appeared again, and the fog on the top of the mountain became thicker and thicker. We walked back along the path, and the wild flowers and weeds on the roadside were covered with crystal dew, and the moss on the stone also grew flowers.

Hint: Wangmang Ridge has a peculiar landform, which belongs to a typical karst landform, Yunshan Phantom. Due to the great difference in altitude, the temperature difference between mountains is great. In summer, the temperature under the mountain is 37 degrees or even as high as 40 degrees, while the highest temperature on the mountain is only 24 degrees, so there will be clouds in the distance every morning. There is a sea of clouds all year round in Wangmang Ridge, especially after heavy rain or heavy snow, which is about 100 days a year. Sometimes the east is foggy and the sun rises in the west clouds. It is said that you can also see the strange and rare Buddha light landscape.

It is convenient to eat and live in Wangmang Ridge. There is a farmhouse in Shanxia Village, Wolong Mountain Villa halfway up the mountain, and a hotel at the top of the mountain.
