R: Yes – we do have the room available. The rate is ¥zzz per night. Do you have the guest information ?

S: yes. His name is Cxxx. His ID# is 123456 . What is your name ?

R.: Oh – my name is Rxxx. I have got the room reserved. The reference number is: Ryyy. I shall need a credit card number to hold the room for him .

S: Oh. he is paying for himself. Could you use our company credit to hold his room ?

R. Oh – yes – done. Thank you. Anything else that I could help you with ?

S. That is all. Thank you very much for your help.

2. Receive and guide guests to visit the company and factory

S: Hi, Cxxx. This is Sxxx.

Welcome to see us. I will be your escort today for the office and factory tour.
