In addition, today (24th), the Macau Health Bureau will also issue an announcement in accordance with Article 14 of the "Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases". Starting from 0:00 on March 25, all persons who have been to Hong Kong and Taiwan within 14 days before entering the country must undergo 14 days of medical observation at a location designated by the health authorities.
Relevant measures for entry into Macau from March 25
Further combined with the previous instructions issued by the Chief Executive, we will introduce in detail the entry into Macau from March 25 and related medical observation or inspection measures :
1. Macao residents: Can enter, but those who have been to foreign countries, Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan, China within 14 days before entry will be subject to medical observation at a designated location for 14 days after entry;
2. Foreigners: prohibited from entry;
3. Residents of mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan:
Those who have been to foreign countries within 14 days before entry are prohibited from entry;
Those who have been to Hong Kong or Taiwan within 14 days before entry can enter, but must undergo medical observation at a designated location within 14 days after entry;
Have not been to foreign countries or Hong Kong, China, within 14 days before entry People from Taiwan and China are allowed to enter the country. However, if you come from an area with a high incidence of coronary heart disease and pneumonia, you must undergo a physical examination after entering the country.
4. Non-Macao residents who have been to Hubei Province within 14 days before entry: can enter the country only after obtaining a medical certificate showing that they are not infected with the new coronavirus;
Those who have been to the mainland within 14 days before entry Foreign employees: They must undergo 14 days of medical observation at a designated location in Zhuhai or a designated hotel in Macau and obtain a doctor's certificate before entering the country.
