The conquest of Liaoshen made Nurhachi climb to the peak of his career. However, the great military victory made Nurhachi complacent, but the sudden surge of land, wealth and population caught Jurchen with little management experience off guard. After the tension and excitement, Nurhachi fell into deep doubt and fear. Nurhachi was once a traitor to the national oppression policy of the Ming Dynasty, and carried out the national oppression policy against the vast number of Han people in Liaodong.
After the occupation of Liaoshen, Nurhachi ordered Nuzhen to live with the Han people for fear of retaliation from the Han people, so as to monitor and control the Han people. But this practice allows many jurchen to seize the fields and property of Han people at will. Originally, * * * cohabitation became a disguised act of looting property, which intensified the already strong contradiction between Jurchen and Han Chinese. On the land of Liaoning and Shenyang, Han people fled one after another, and civil armed resistance broke out one after another.
In fact, in addition to armed resistance, some people choose to poison. They will poison the barn, poison Nurhachi's war horse, poison the well and poison the jurchen who drinks water. Therefore, Nurhachi has repeatedly ordered that all things given by the Han people are not allowed to eat, and things sold by the Han people are not allowed to eat, and they are not allowed to visit the Han people's homes. Even in the end, Jurchen was killed in the street. Therefore, Nuerhachi ordered that Jurchen must carry weapons when traveling and must not act alone. Once someone is killed unarmed, there is no pension.
The constant resistance of the Han people in Liaoshen angered Nurhachi, who was tired of coping. Physical destruction becomes the last resort. So a cruel and bloody massacre began. Liaoshen is a sea of blood. The official history book of the Qing Dynasty, Manchu Old Files, truly recorded the massacre.
This massacre killed many people, and Huang Taiji himself said: At this point, virtuous people and single people were all killed. Nurhachi ordered that those who have no valley should be killed, those who are single, those who have money, those who have assets and the ability to make trouble, and those who are unreliable should also be killed. In addition, Nurhachi has to screen officials of the Eight Banners to see who is unreliable and kill all those he thinks are unreliable and not worth keeping. This is the famous Liaoshen tragedy in history, after which Liaoshen almost became an empty city.
However, the bloody massacre in Nurhachi not only aroused the resistance of the Han people, but many people had illusions about Nurhachi's post-Jin regime and now joined the resistance team. In their eyes, Nurhachi is not much better than the Ming emperor. If you don't want to be bullied and ravaged by the Eight Banners, you have to fight to the death. Hou, who has always been both wise and brave, was tortured and gaunt in Liaoyang, which he thought was a "paradise". So Nurhachi thought of moving the capital.
1625 In March, Nurhachi, who had lived in Liaoyang, Tokyo for four years, suddenly announced to Baylor ministers that he had moved the capital. The new capital is Shenyang, which was only the acropolis of Liaoyang at that time. Moreover, Liaoyang City was under construction, and most Baylor ministers thought it was too hasty to move the capital at this time, but Nurhachi still insisted on his own idea and left Liaoyang with his family three days later and settled in Shenyang.
In this way, the large-scale construction in Liaoyang suddenly stopped, and Shenyang City began to boil. Tens of thousands of craftsmen transferred from Liaoyang rose day and night, and palaces and temples sprang up in Shenyang. Urged by Nurhachi, the Hall of Ursa Major and the Ten Kings Pavilion were first built.
The main hall is the place where Hanwang handles government affairs and discusses military affairs. The architecture is both ingenious and profound. The octagon symbolizes the meaning of the Eight Banners, which shows the irreplaceable important role of the Eight Banners organization in the post-Jin countries.
There are five square pavilions in front of the main hall, called Ten Kings Pavilion. This is the office of eight most powerful flag owners and two princes in Nurhachi period. All important affairs of the country are discussed and carried out by King Khan and these ten ministers. Nurhachi fixed the Eight Banners system of the Nuzhen nationality in the form of architecture.
