I. 20×500 kW gas-fired power generation

Project name: coalbed methane (gas) power station and CDM project

Gauge: 20×500 kW

Total investment: 60 million yuan.

In 2005, the gas drainage system was first established in Songshutan Coal Mine, with a total investment of 20.63 million yuan. At present, there are 1 surface gas pumping station 1 seat, 2 pumping pumps, and the pumping capacity is 60 m3/min. The main drainage pipeline has a diameter of 200mm and a total laying length of 3500m. The main drainage method is "drilling along the coal seam". The pumping system was put into use in September 2006, with a daily pumping capacity of 3,000m3 (pure gas) and an estimated annual pumping capacity of100000 m3 (pure gas) in 2007.

Gulaben mining area covers an area of 64 square kilometers, with a total anthracite reserve of more than 800 million tons. According to the available coalbed methane of 25m3 per ton of anthracite, the available coalbed methane can reach more than 20 billion yuan, which has great economic value. Therefore, since the construction of Songshutan Coal Mine began in 2003, the Group has been actively engaged in the comprehensive treatment, development and utilization of coalbed methane, and on July 18, 2003, it was approved by the Inner Mongolia Economic and Trade Commission: "Development of Domestic Economic and Trade Resources [2003] No.531"and "Project Proposal of 5×2000KW Gas Turbine Power Station in Songshutan Coal Mine of Inner Mongolia Chen Hongli Coal Industry Group". At present, the first phase project of 6×500 kW power station has been completed and is expected to be put into operation in the first half of 2007. After the completion of the 20×500KW power station, it can supply 8,000 kW, and the annual output value (net profit) can reach 30 million yuan. All the electricity produced is for personal use, which realizes the clean development mechanism and has positive significance for the sustainable development of the group economy. First, it can reduce the emission of harmful gases such as carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and improve the atmospheric environment, which has positive environmental benefits; Second, the pre-mining of coalbed methane can reduce or avoid the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents such as gas explosion, which has positive social benefits; Thirdly, coalbed methane is a new type of energy, which can be used for power generation and civil use. To realize the recycling of resources and develop circular economy, considerable emission reduction benefits can be obtained, and the economic benefits are huge.

The development and utilization of coalbed methane is an environmental protection project related to the quality of human living environment, a concerted action of the signatories to Kyoto Protocol, and an important strategic project to effectively make up for the shortage of conventional natural gas reserves. The construction of coalbed methane power station marks that the Group has taken the lead in the exploitation and utilization of coalbed methane in the Arab League and even the whole region, which is a milestone in the high-tech project of comprehensive development and utilization of coalbed methane in the Arab League.

Two. PVC and caustic soda projects

Li Hong Chemical Co., Ltd. is a chemical enterprise controlled by Chen Hongli Group and invested by several shareholders. It is planned to build 200,000 tons/year PVC and 200,000 tons/year caustic soda projects in Ustai Economic Development Zone, with an initial investment of 900 million yuan, and the construction scale is 654.38+10,000 tons/year PVC and 654.38+10,000 tons/year caustic soda. The first phase of 60,000 tons/year PVC (including 6.5438+0,000 tons/year resin paste) and 50,000 tons/year caustic soda project are planned to be put into production in May 2008. On this basis, we will continue to extend the industrial chain, develop fine chemical products such as paste resin, chlorine gas and chlorine chemicals, realize internal circulation of enterprises, and gradually form a circular economic chain with other enterprises in Ousters Development Zone, reduce energy consumption of enterprises and maximize economic benefits.
