Do people with height restrictions refuse to stay in star-rated hotels?

Yes If the court restricts high consumption, staying in a star-rated hotel may be rejected. Because of the restriction of high consumption, you can't stay in a non-star hotel, let alone a star hotel. According to Article 3 of "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Restricting the High Consumption of the Executed Person", if the executed person is a natural person, after taking measures to restrict consumption, he/she shall not choose the space above the second class of airplanes, trains and ships by means of transportation, and shall not make high consumption in hotels, hotels, nightclubs, golf courses and other places above the star level.
