Article 1 This Catalogue is formulated in accordance with Article 16 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China for the purpose of classified management of environmental impact assessment of construction projects. Environmental impact assessment documents should focus on the impact of construction projects on environmentally sensitive areas.
