How to set up scrolling desktop pictures?

1. Create a new scrolling text dialog box in WORD, and select the scrolling mode, background color, scrolling direction, scrolling times and scrolling speed.

2. Format the text, select the current line to be inserted into the scrolling text box, and then format the size, color and decoration of the text in the current line.

3. Set the page background and click Format | Background. The background toolbar has three effects: filling, color and watermark.

4. Click on the file below to save it as a C-drive directory.

5. Right-click the desktop and click Properties. In the background dialog box, under "Select Html document or picture", do you see the name of the Html document you just edited? Click and confirm. The wallpaper of the Html document you set will be displayed on the desktop.
