How to open a daily rental house?

The process of renting a house on the opening day is as follows:

1. The owner checks the original ID card of the renter (the authenticity of the ID card can be confirmed by the Public Security Bureau), and takes a copy of the ID card of the renter as an annex to the contract.

2. The renter should check the owner's real estate license (which can be confirmed to the local real estate administration), the original owner's ID card (which can be confirmed to the public security bureau) and whether the two certificates are unified, that is, whether the property owner of the real estate license is consistent with the ID card, and take a copy of the owner's ID card as an annex to the contract.

3. You also need to check the above documents when paying the deposit. The deposit generally does not exceed 20% of the monthly rent.

4. Both parties sign the lease contract, and the signature of the contract (owner) is consistent with that of the property owner of the property right certificate. If it is different, a power of attorney from the property owner is required.

Daily rent is also called short rent, family hotel, mobile apartment, daily rent apartment, youth hotel, self-help apartment, serviced apartment and farmhouse.
