I. Contract Content and Business Scope

Four. Site use and related expenses

(I) Rights and obligations of Party A

5. Party B's staff must abide by Party A's safety, public security and fire control rules and regulations, and Party A has the right to punish Party B's staff for their disciplinary actions.
(II) Rights and obligations of Party B
1. Party B is responsible for the management of the restaurant, including staffing, procurement, production, kitchen, restaurant environment and other management matters.
2. Party B must strictly implement the Food Hygiene Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and it is forbidden to supply all kinds of foods and "three noes" condiments that have not been inspected by the health and epidemic prevention department.
3. Party B's staff must keep food samples for 24 hours so as to trace the cause of the accident.
4. If the unclean food provided by Party B causes food poisoning or other consequences to Party A's employees, it must bear relevant expenses and legal responsibilities.
5. Party B's personnel must keep the kitchen, dining room and other workplaces clean every day.
6. All restaurant employees should hold a "health certificate", and they are not allowed to work without a health certificate.
7. Party B shall be responsible for handling the leftovers in the kitchen and restaurant, but shall not throw them in the hotel area.
8. When losses are caused by force majeure, Party B shall not bear the economic losses of Party A's property and facilities.
9. Party B must consciously accept the supervision and guidance of Party A, operate according to law, and earnestly perform this contract.
10. If Party B's restaurant service and breakfast quality cause losses to Party A, Party B must come forward to solve and communicate. If Party B still tries to recover the losses of Party A, Party B must compensate.
Settlement method of intransitive verbs
Party B must hand over the meal coupons of the hotel guests on that day to the front desk staff of the hotel for counting. During the period from March to 1 1 month (peak season), Party A will charge 80 hotel guests breakfast every day, totaling 2,400 people every month, to offset the restaurant rent. At the time of settlement, Party B must send the number of people who had breakfast last month to Party A's finance department for accounting, and Party A will conduct accounting with Party B in the form of monthly statement.
Seven. responsibility for breach of contract
1. During the operation period, Party B shall pay Party A a deposit of 25,000 yuan (the deposit does not bear interest). Both parties shall not terminate the contract without authorization. If both parties propose to terminate the contract without justifiable reasons, they shall notify each other in writing one quarter in advance after negotiation. If Party B unilaterally proposes to terminate the contract, the deposit will not be refunded.
2. If Party B breaches the contract for many times, causing heavy losses to the hotel, Party A has the right to terminate this contract, and the deposit will not be refunded.
