Xinyang Oriental Venice

On the morning of September 14, the groundbreaking ceremony of the five-star hotel project in Venice Oriental was held in Xinyang Industrial City. City leaders Song Zhongchong, Jia Sen, Shi Yong, Zhao and Wang Yong attended the groundbreaking ceremony. Responsible comrades of various bureaus, offices and East Office of Industrial City and representatives of project owners attended the ceremony.

In his speech, Vice Mayor Jason thanked Mr. Xie Qiang, Chairman of Venice Oriental Hotel, for supporting the construction of his hometown and giving back to his parents' childlike innocence. He said that the construction of Venice Oriental Hotel is an important achievement of the city's annual strategy of tackling key problems, and it is also another achievement since the city launched a large-scale investment promotion activity. He demanded that Xinyang Industrial City and relevant units directly under the municipal government should go all out to support the project construction, scientifically organize the construction, seize every minute to speed up the construction progress, make the project completed, put into production and see benefits as soon as possible, and make greater contributions to the economic and social development of our city.

Song Zhongchong, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, announced the start of the five-star hotel project in Venice, and laid the foundation stone for the project together with the leaders and guests attending the ceremony.

Venice Xinyang Oriental Hotel is a five-star international luxury hotel, located in the CBD of Xinyang Industrial City, at the intersection of Hongyun Avenue and Ping 'an Avenue, adjacent to Xinyang Station of Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway. The total investment of the hotel is 6,543.8 billion yuan, including catering, entertainment and bowling. There are 288 standard rooms and 2 presidential suites. After the project is put into production, 300 local workers can be employed, with an annual profit and tax of 2 million.
