Do four-star hotels in Sydney, Australia have teeth and slippers?

Take it. There are no water drops. When I got married, my parents came to Sydney and booked a four-star hotel. The result was gorgeous. My husband and I went to buy toothbrushes for my parents early in the morning. Later, my parents traveled to the Gold Coast, some hotels provided it, and some just didn't. So personally, I suggest you take it. Australia is no better than foreign countries. All hands up, hope to adopt.
