First confirm whether the wireless router is configured correctly and whether the WAN port has obtained an IP.

If the WAN port does not obtain an IP, directly plug the network cable into the modem broadband dial-up. If the mode cannot be dialed directly, please contact the ISP. If you connect directly to the modem, you can dial, but the router cannot dial. Usually the router hardware is faulty.

If you could access the Internet before, you suddenly cannot. It is related to the router cache. You can unplug the power cord behind the router and plug it back in. Wait until the signal indicator light comes back on before trying to connect again.
