With a good attitude, you must also have a good method. Doing a good job in warehouse management requires every warehouse staff to be familiar with the materials required for hotel products. Although they can be dealt with by relying on memory and conventional methods, the warehouse management and acceptance of the hotel are complex and cumbersome, and they have to communicate with the kitchen every day. Raw materials, drinks in the restaurant, consumables for housekeeping, equipment maintenance accessories, and all kinds of digital computers for sending and receiving accounts. At work, we must strictly follow the procedures and do a good job of checking. For example: the external distribution of goods in the warehouse must be based on a "commodity transfer order" stamped with a special financial seal and the signature of the relevant person. When each department receives raw materials, tools and other materials, it must strictly handle the exit procedures, etc. Under special circumstances. Those items with incomplete procedures for picking up goods and materials must be recorded immediately and completed in a timely manner.
