How about Yuanfeng Hebei Hotel?

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with a group tour, and breakfast was buffet. Going down early is quite rich. There are four stars hanging in the room. But the accommodation in Lhasa is still different from other places! The standard room is big enough, and the bath water is still hot. If you don't want much else, you will be satisfied. Generally speaking, it's ok. It's convenient to take a taxi or walk to the scenic spot.
