During the Tang and Song Dynasties, hotels were very prosperous. As far as business projects are concerned, there are various types of hotels. For example, in Hangzhou in the Southern Song Dynasty, there were restaurants, tea houses, steamed buns shops, houses (hungry official houses outside the door), leisure hotels (ordinary hotels) and pale hotels.
