2. Registration method
1. Registration time: September 20, 2013 - September 27, 2013 (no rest on Saturdays and Sundays), morning: 8:00 00-11:30, afternoon: 15:00-18:30.

3. Exam format
(1) Talk show host exam

(2) Rematch. According to the situation of the promoted candidates, the difficulty of the questions will be increased to further examine the individual's language organization and expression ability, on-site response control ability, analysis and problem-solving ability and other comprehensive qualities. The judges are composed of seven people and adopt a scoring system (100 points, 2 decimal places). Remove one score, remove the lowest score, and take the average score of the other five judges. 30% of the total number of people entering the semi-finals (rounded up) will enter the finals. If the scores for the last place in the ratio are tied, they can enter the next link at the same time. Players who give up after entering the semi-finals will not be replaced.
(3) Finals. Based on the situation of the finalists (those who give up will not be replaced), the comprehensive quality, professional ability and emergency response ability of the candidates will be comprehensively examined. The judges are composed of eleven people and adopt a scoring system (100 points, with 2 decimal places). Remove two points, remove the two lowest scores, take the average score of the other seven judges, and rank them in order from high to low (if there is a tie in scores that affects the ranking, additional questions will be added on-site to determine the ranking).
(2) Media Manager Examination
1. Time: The specific time will be notified separately.
2. Examination: mainly conducted in the form of written examination and interview.
(1) Written test. It is carried out in a unified proposition, unified organization and unified scoring method (100-point system). It mainly tests candidates’ practical media management capabilities.
(2) Interview. Based on the scores of the written test, the top 10 candidates from high to low will be selected for the interview (those with tied scores in the last place will all be admitted to the interview, and those who give up will not be replaced); if there are 10 people or less in the written test, all candidates will be admitted to the interview after taking the written test. The interview will focus on testing the candidate's language expression ability, adaptability and work ideas based on the characteristics of the position. The judges are composed of seven people and adopt a scoring system (100 points, 2 decimal places). Remove one score, remove the lowest score, and take the average score of the other five judges.
(3) Total test score = written test score + interview score. Ranked by scores from high to low.
4. Overall requirements for the examination process
1. The recruitment of the two types of personnel is organized by Jiaozuo Radio and Television Station, with the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Municipal Editorial Office, and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau participating in the entire process and Provide supervision.

5. Physical Examination

For those who fail to pass the physical examination or fail to take part in the physical examination at the specified time and place, talk show hosts will fill in the positions from high to low based on the final results and media managers based on the total test score.
6. Inspection
Those who have passed the physical examination will enter the inspection, focusing on the individual's political, ideological and qualification conditions. If there is any unqualification, the talk show host will be selected based on the final results and media management. Personnel will undergo physical examinations and inspections in order from high scores to low scores based on their total test scores.
7. Public announcement

8. Employment
