3. Put on a new wire rope. First, string the two ends of the wire rope from the universal wheel to the fixed wheel of the air-drying rod, then cover it, connect the two ends of the wire rope with the air-drying rod, and then pull the wire rope down from the universal wheel near the hand crank, so that the air-drying rod can be laid flat on the above two covers. Finally, straighten the wire rope and install it on the handle.
