By car, you can take the Baishazhou Bridge onto the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and exit at the Chibi Exit. The whole journey takes about 1 and a half hours.

You can go to Wuchang Hongji Bus Station and take a bus to Chibi, which is also a bus from Beijing to Zhuhai.

You can also go to Wuhan Station and get off at Chibi Station, which takes about 20 minutes.

It depends on how many days you stay in Chibi, usually 2-3 days will be fine. For scenic spots, you can go to Yangloudong Ancient Town, Chibi Ancient Battlefield (as a local, I don’t think there is much to see), visit Xialu Shui Lake, and go to Longyou to soak in hot springs (it’s better to go in winter).
