Appreciation of Climbing Yueyang Tower I: Climbing Yueyang Tower is a seven-character law. The first is the poet's opening work of Yueyang Tower, so it is carefully crafted and serious. The first part describes the geographical location of Yueyang Tower, which is grandly launched on the macro level with Dongting Lake and the Yangtze River as the background. In a seven-character poem, the poet skillfully uses the two directional words "East" and "West" and connects them with lakes and rivers, which shows the location of Yueyang Tower. Then write what you see when you look up, "The curtain is still and the sunset is late." This sentence is a colorful stroke of the whole poem, which seems ordinary, but in fact it is delicate. "Curtain Scene" is a close shot, "Sunset" is a long shot, and the close shot and the long shot are combined into one. The poet's line of sight is scanned from near to far, gradually released and integrated into the boundless twilight. The static curtain shows that the lake is calm; The sunset reminds us of the tranquility of the night. Such poetic imagery can not help but arouse the poet's rich reverie.
The couplets in the poem are produced from the static and soothing description of the scenery and transformed into strong lyricism. Like variations of music, these two poems seem to repeat the above themes, but their styles are quite different. "Going to Wu and Shu to share the land equally" is also the geographical location of Deng, but it adds a heavy sense of history; "By the lake and the mountain, I want to see the scenery at dusk", but I feel a little disappointed. This gradual change is a contrast, a transition, and a description of the integration of things and me. Here, the subject image of the poet appears in the poem inadvertently and naturally. He is thinking, wandering, blending into the scene and expressing his feelings through the scene.
After gaining momentum ahead, the poet finally issued the loudest and strongest cry in a near-direct way: "Wan Li is still far away, and it is even harder to rely on risks for more than three years." These two poems express the resentment in the heart of the minister. The antithesis of "Wan Li" and "Three Years" tells their stories from the span of space and time respectively, and has received the artistic effect of double superposition, which makes people feel deeply. The poet's "visit from Wan Li" is just an elegant expression of Wan Li's escape, but he is helpless. The anguish in my heart had to be dissolved in the "vision". "More than three years is difficult", which is already unbearable, but climbing mountains here is really unbearable. At this point, poetry has been full of twists and turns, pushing feelings to the extreme.
In the last couplet of the poem, Gu Ying felt sorry for himself and ended the whole article with infinite sadness. At this time, the poet has reached the age of forty and has reached the age of no doubt, so he said "hoary head"; Not to mention hurting today, but "hanging over the past" is implicit and meaningful; "Wind and frost" clearly refers to natural things, which is a metaphor for social reality, pun intended; And "Old Wood Cang Bo" is a coat that wraps the poet's image, and it is infinitely sad and hateful. This couplet seems to be a poet talking to himself. They are anxious and sad for the sake of state affairs, family affairs, themselves and those fellow villagers who have lost their homes like themselves. When they feel sad, in the autumn and frost season, they feel that the times are like wind and frost and extremely cold. Old dead trees and desolate lakes are just like the author himself. The endless desolation of the end of the world and the infinite sadness of the country's ruin and death are self-evident. The first song is about going upstairs, and the second song is about scenery and going home. When the poet climbed the Yueyang Tower, he saw that "it was sunny in Pinghu, and there was no phoenix; at night, the sails and geese floated." This depicts a variety of scenery: sky, lake, reflection, sunset and wild geese, which constitute the unique beauty of Dongting Lake. On the surface, the word "sunny without wind" is a bit of a cliche, but it has the same effect as "lonely smoke in the desert, long river setting the yen". Without modification, it only writes the magnificence of the lake and is even more unique. The second co-author also wrote about the scenery, and once again pointed out that the time was at night. From the third couplet, the poet's return journey was written, and the poem was once again led to the scenery. Looking north, I saw white grass sparse, looking south, I saw maple leaves red. This couplet description pushes the whole poem to * * *, and the antithesis is neat and chic. The last two sentences are that the poet only cares about the scenery, and his poem was finished before he arrived in Jiangling, which set off the beautiful scenery between the Dongting of the Yangtze River from the side. The feelings of the whole poem are the same as those of the first poem, because the two poems describe the same series of things, and the feelings are the same, but they are hidden. In fact, this poem expresses the feeling that the author can only appreciate the scenery after the death of the Northern Song Dynasty. Appreciating the artistic conception of these two poems is very broad and magnificent.
The couplet in the poem "There is Wu in the east and Chu in the south, and you can see the endless drifting of heaven and earth" refers to the vast Dongting Lake, which is the dividing line between Wu and Chu, and the sun, moon and stars seem to float in the lake. It took only ten words to draw the huge image of Dongting Lake with boundless water potential in a particularly realistic way.
In his later years, Du Fu was already a "southwest man wandering between heaven and earth". Without a place to live, he had to "take the boat as his home". Therefore, it continued: "But I didn't get any news from my relatives or friends. I was old and sick, and I was alone with my boat." At this time, relatives and friends don't even have any news, only the old and sick poet is drifting around in a gondola! From here, we can understand what kind of artistic conception the first two sentences "I've heard about Dongting Lake for a long time, and now I've finally climbed this tower" originally contained.
On the surface, the artistic conception of these two poems seems simple: the poet said that he had heard about the beautiful scenery of Dongting Lake several years ago, but today he was able to climb Yueyang Tower and see the beautiful scenery of the mountain and lake with his own eyes. Therefore, Ren Qiu thought, "I have heard about it in the past, and I am very happy to join the board of directors from the beginning." (A Detailed Interpretation of Du Fu's Poems) But only in this way can the original artistic conception of Du Fu's poems be understood too shallowly. This is not about the pleasure of boarding a plane; However, in this plain narrative, there are many feelings about wandering around the world, lack of talents, vicissitudes of life and great changes, which leads to the writing of these two sentences: I only heard that there was such a cave in my ear before, but I didn't expect to go to this Yueyang Tower in the following year. It was originally a feeling of depression, not joy; If it is happiness, it will not be related to "how can I not cry at the railing?" Who finished this sentence? We know that Du Fu's political life at that time was bumpy and not proud, but he never gave up his ambition of "being a gentleman, being gentle and obedient, and then making the customs pure". I didn't expect to achieve anything, but my past ambitions were all gone! The "present" and "past" in this poem have profound meanings. Therefore, I wrote at the end of the poem: "There is a war outside the Great Wall, there are mountains outside the Great Wall, and there are tears at the railing." . Wan Li's view of Guanshan was bleak, and the poet calmed down and looked at Chang 'an in the north. He couldn't help crying.
This poem is known as a vast and magnificent artistic conception, which comes from the poet's ambition, the poet's life thought and the background of the times. In the early Qing Dynasty, Huang Sheng commented on this poem, to the effect that the first four sentences of this poem are so broad and broad, and the fifth and sixth sentences describe his life experience, which is so desolate and lonely, and the artistic conception of the poem suddenly becomes narrow from broad. In this way, it is difficult to arrange seven or eight sentences. Unexpectedly, the poet suddenly wrote the words "there are wars and mountains on the north side of this wall". This kind of mind, coupled with the above "I have Wu in the east and Chu in the south, and I can see the endless drifting of heaven and earth" to write about the magnificent weather of nature, can well set off the top-down and commensurate weight. The genius created in this way certainly overwhelmed future generations, and no one dared to write poems about Yueyang Tower any more.
In this passage, Huang Sheng discusses Du Fu's poems from the way of writing poems, and thinks that the artistic conception of Du Fu's poems is the product of vertical and closed strokes, and the structure of artistic conception comes from the transformation of creative techniques. This is not a source-seeking statement. We say that the artistic conception of poetry is condensed from all aspects of the poet's life thought. As for creative methods and artistic treatment, diction and sentence making, etc. Artistic conception can only be expressed more accurately and cannot be brewed into poetic artistic conception based on these formal conditions. In the past, when people discussed creation, they did not consider it from the aspect of life practice, and of course it would inevitably lead to consequences. Chen introduced that Chen (1090-138), a Han nationality, lived in Jingzhao and moved to Luoyang from his great-grandfather, so he was born in Luoyang, Henan Province in the Song Dynasty. Yuan You was born in Song Zhezong in the fifth year (1090) and died in Shaoxing, Song Gaozong in the eighth year of Southern Song Dynasty (1 138). At the end of the Northern Song Dynasty and the beginning of the Southern Song Dynasty, he was an outstanding poet and also wrote lyrics. Although there are only more than ten existing ci poems, they are unique in style, especially close to Su Dongpo, with superb meaning and rhyme, brilliant brushwork and natural style, and the author of "Collection of Jane Zhai".
