The development of Yiwu and Dongyang has been linked together. How far is urbanization?

As a native of Dongyang, I am not in favor of building an East New District. As a Dongyang person, I feel very proud. Yiwu people moved the railway station to the back room, and they didn't agree to open the shuttle bus line from Dongyang to Yiwu Railway Station before, so Dongyang people were blocked everywhere. I also look down on Dongyang people. Dongyang people should have backbone. Now I'm afraid it's Jinhua's. I've tried my best to win over my neighbor Dongyang. Why did you go early? Anyway, I don't want to be a Yidong, even a Yidong. I just want to be a Dongyang person. The above only represents the point of view of one Dongyang person, not other Dongyang people.

Compared with other cities, Dongyang and Yiwu are highly integrated.

1. Geographical Angle Gansanli Street in Yiwu City is adjacent to Jiangbei Street where Dongyang Municipal Government is located, and the distance between the centers of the two cities exceeds 10 km.

Second, Yiwu market, industrial aircraft carrier, Dongyang City is the industrial base of Yiwu market, and most industrial enterprises in Jiangbei Street and Baiyun Street of Dongyang City have stalls in Yiwu or process for Yiwu market, with complementary industries.

Third, the road traffic between the two places is convenient. Dongyang bus goes directly to Yiwu city, airport and high-speed railway station. 20 17, Yiwu Ring Expressway was opened, and Yiwu Dongyang Expressway entered the site for construction. Jin Yidong light rail is already under construction. Some Yiwu people bought houses in Dongyang Xingye, and some property owners in Dongyang are Yiwu people or Yiwu businessmen.

4. Dongyang is rich in water resources, and water is a strategic resource for urban development. The Hengjin Reservoir in Dongyang City supplies water to Yiwu through pipelines, which promotes the all-round development of Yiwu.

Yiwu, Dongyang is not a folk and public opinion. Urbanization is more about how the Zhejiang provincial government and Jinhua, which is in charge, design at the upper level.

It should be said that Yiwu and Dongyang are close at hand but out of reach. Why do you say that? In addition to the opening of roads and the proximity of urban development, the most important thing for two cities to be in the same city is the adjustment of administrative divisions. Only under the leadership of the same government can the two places be truly integrated into the same city, and only the same government can get through the bus, railway and transportation systems, such as the bus from Dongyang to Yiwu Station and the bus to Yiwu Airport. It will be even more difficult if we only rely on the consultation between the two county governments. However, it is obvious that Jinhua Municipal Government, as the superior government of Dongyang and Yiwu, does not have the overall planning ability of this region, because Zhejiang Province has been governing counties by provinces for many years, and county-level finance will be turned over to the provincial level. If a government has no financial co-ordination ability, it will have no regional coordination ability, so it is imperative to withdraw the city and set up districts. However, focusing on the present, the provincial party Committee and government have formulated the development of Jinhua and Yiwu in the same city. Although Jinyi is 40 kilometers apart, it is not impossible for the two governments to join hands as long as they are willing to invest. Although the light rail laying may take a long time, one thing is certain. If the two places are connected one day, if the Yiwu District Committee is established one day, I believe Dongyang will follow. Personally, I think Dongyang has a stronger centripetal force towards Jinhua and lacks the nouveau riche temperament of some people in Yiwu. In fact, just like Lanxi used to desperately develop in the direction of Jiande. What it is afraid of is that if the development south is linked to Jinhua, it will be merged by Jinhua. However, it turns out that after so many years of development in Lanxi, he has declined. The only county-level city in Jinhua is Lanxi, so in any case, try not to go against the government at the next higher level. Only regional alliances are king. If Yiwu is merged, the Jinhua Municipal Government will only get that part of the fiscal revenue that originally belonged to the provincial government. Is Jinhua developing better? For Yiwu, is it better for him to develop in Hangzhou? Anyway, the two places belong to the same place, and the rich water does not flow outside. As a Jinhua person, I think that as long as Yiwu is merged, the municipal government will move to Jindong District, the center of Jinhua. Regional overall planning can reduce Jinhua's internal friction. Before 16, Jinhua's GDP was only 200 less than Taizhou's, and now it is less than 500. This is the result of years of struggle in Jinhua, so the folk town in Yidong may be coming soon, but it will be difficult to make overall plans in transportation and other aspects.

I'm afraid this is uncertain. After all, Yiwu and Dongyang are under the jurisdiction of Jinhua. Even if Yiwu is developing and wants to merge with Dongyang, will Dongyang people agree? As a boss, is Jinhua willing?

So all this is unknown. Let's talk about their advantages first Yiwu and Dongyang are both county-level cities with developed economies. One is an international commodity city, and the other is the hometown of wood carving in the world.

It can be said that the two have their own advantages, but the region is narrow. If they want to have greater development prospects, they will inevitably unite together, so their development potential will be even greater.

Of course, in terms of selectivity, Yiwu has great advantages in choosing Dongyang, or Dongyang has great advantages in choosing Yiwu. Complementary industries can increase the potential of urban development. Why not?

Of course, Jinhua, the boss of all this, is in the eye, because Jinhua will merge with Yiwu, open up the Jinyi metropolitan area, and then unite the surrounding county-level cities to form a large-scale urban agglomeration in western Zhejiang.

How far is it to return to the integration of Yiwu and Dongyang? It all depends on where the interests of both sides are, and they are together, not developed separately. Everything is not very clear.

However, the development of Yiwu we are seeing now is bound to be determined to unite with Dongyang, otherwise it will not develop to Dongyang.

To tell you clearly, to see how Yiwu and Dongyang are integrated in the province, we need to solve the following four problems.

The following problems exist:

1. The connection of the last mile in Dongyang, Yiwu is defective.

In terms of distance, Yiwu Dongyang has actually become a financial city. After all, Yiwu and Dongyang Street are adjacent, and Jiangdong Street and Ersanli Street in Yiwu are connected with Baiyun Street and Jiangbei Street in Dongyang respectively.

In fact, the road in Dongyang has been repaired to the boundary line, and the standard of six is very high. However, Yiwu is located in the twenty-third mile, and the entrance to the part bordering Dongyang is very narrow. Judging from the current situation, Yiwu may be reluctant to get together with Dongyang.

Yiwu doesn't want to be with Dongyang for a reason. In the early economic development of Dongyang, Dongyang defined the current woodcarving city as Dongyang World Trade Center, which conflicted with Yiwu's business center.

In the early days of the construction of Shimao City in Dongyang, the policies issued by Shimao City in Dongyang also attracted many bosses who worked in Yiwu International Trade City, and removed all the booths in Yiwu Trade City to invest in Dongyang.

Due to the early industrial conflicts, Yiwu actually has a certain gap with Dongyang in urban construction and economic construction, mainly because it doesn't want to integrate Dongyang's economy and urban development.

Later, with the decline of traditional trade, Yiwu transformed from traditional shops to e-commerce economy, and Dongyang World Trade City transformed from small commodities to woodcarving city and mahogany furniture city.

Now there is no conflict between the two economies.

Where there is a gap, there is a gap. If you have already quarreled, there must still be a certain distance.

So at present, Dongyang is doing well at the junction of Yiwu and Dongyang, while Yiwu, which is located at the junction of Yiwu and Dongyang, is doing a bit lacking.

In addition to Dongyang, the border of Yiwu actually includes Pujiang. The financial cities of Yiwu and Pujiang are much better than Dongyang. Although Yiwu and Pujiang are separated by a mountain, their businesses and Pujiang are under construction, including big cities and yellow houses. His urban construction is actually linked together, as well as his current transportation and commuting.

Every economy has its own characteristics, and neither brother will obey the other.

Yiwu mainly focuses on small commodities and e-commerce.

Dongyang is mainly engaged in architecture, film and television industry, mahogany furniture and wood carving industry.

So now there is no conflict between the two economies, because Yiwu's GDP exceeds 654.38+04 billion, while Dongyang's is about 65 billion.

Many Dongyang locals don't agree that Yiwu people are big brothers. Dongyang locals think that Yiwu locals are not too powerful, but they think they are more powerful. After all, there are many bosses and local tyrants in Dongyang.

Yiwu is defective and short of water, while Dongyang just has water.

The water in Yiwu mainly comes from Hengjin Reservoir and Nanjiang Reservoir in Dongyang, which naturally form Dongyang River and Nanjiang.

The registered population of Yiwu is only 680,000. With the development of Yiwu's economy, the registered population exceeds 830,000, the permanent population exceeds 1, 3 1, 000, and the number of people working in Yiwu exceeds 2.4 million, resulting in serious water shortage in Yiwu, especially in industrial production.

For a long time, even the car wash shop could not be opened, because car washing would consume a lot of domestic water, so it was not allowed, which can be reflected from the lack of water resources in Yiwu. Yiwu itself has no big reservoir, and its water source mainly comes from Dongyang. For a long time, it took Yiwu ten years to buy water resources from Dongyang and hundreds of millions.

This is also the main reason why Yiwu wants to dig a double river and lake at the intersection of Nanjiang River and Dongyang River. He mainly stores water. Of course, this water is not used for drinking, but produced by the whole economy, because every enterprise needs water.

Four. Yiwu's expansion of power may harm some interests.

Jinhua himself does not agree with Yiwu's expansion of power. Yiwu's second expansion of power may cause some damage to Dongyang's interests. Many Dongyang people think that the expansion of Yiwu's power may harm the interests of Dongyang people in terms of urban construction and talent transfer.

Some ideas

Yiwu and Dongyang have reached the point where they have to become financial cities, not because of their distance, but because Yiwu and Dongyang have become one city from leaders to citizens.

With the development of urbanization, if it is only a county-level city, its economy will definitely have bottlenecks, and the bottlenecks will become smaller and smaller, so the economy that can be created will become smaller and smaller. In the future, small places will be bottlenecks in transportation, education and medical care.

People in small places will only be attracted by big cities, and with the opening of high-speed rail, people will say that it is empty, which reflects the cities in small places.

In a small city, it lacks subways, top three hospitals and good higher education. Schools will inevitably lead many young people to choose to live in big cities.

Changes in Dongyang, Yiwu after the establishment of the city.

1. The status of economic center and urban center in central Zhejiang will be determined soon.

2. The common development of film and television industry and international trade will promote the cross-upgrading of Dongyang industry in Yiwu.

3. The 10,000-acre and 100-billion-dollar project in Dongyang Economic Development Zone will provide a backup production base for Yiwu small commodities.

4. All the high-quality water resources in Dongyang can be used in Yiwu, and the population of 3.5 million and above in Yiwu can use it with confidence.

5. The integration of Buddhist Temple, Chian, Huashui, Nanma and Hengdian is accelerating, and the expansion of Dongyang City in Yiwu is expected to build an urban area of more than 450 square kilometers.

6. Hengdian and Yiwu are world-class business cards, both industrial-grade business cards.

7. Accelerate the rapid influx of people from the central, western and northeastern regions into Yiwu, and Dongyang will improve the primacy of Yiwu and Dongyang in Zhejiang.

I strongly oppose the merger of Yiwu and Dongyang and turn it into an East New District. I agree that Jinhua will withdraw Yiwu from the city and set up a district called Choujiang District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province.

It is unlikely that Dongyi will be integrated into the same city, and it is right to approach economic development, because there is no competition and the development mode is different. Yiwu is dominated by commerce, while Dongyang is dominated by tourism and mahogany, which enhances its popularity. Accelerating the development from Yiwu to Dongyang can improve the development speed of Yiwu. The development from Dongyang to Yiwu can accelerate the strength of Dongyang. The management methods and concepts of the two cities are different, and it is the same to speed up the economy. And urbanization. At least, buses can go to another city or town that needs transportation, and buses are all zero. Moreover, the railway station is too far from Dongyang, the traffic is inconvenient, and urbanization is boring. The traffic is not good, and it doesn't make sense. However, it is also managed separately. The development of Yiwu to Dongyang can reduce the pressure of urbanization in Jinyi, and it will take too long to develop to Jinhua.

Yiwu is going to close down, and the market is empty. Only counterfeiters are still doing it secretly. When these people were arrested, they were still strictly controlled by national policies, because there was nothing. Yiwu had nothing, but the traffic was better. Every year, hundreds of thousands of Dongyang people and Yongkang people visit Yiwu. Dongyang and Yongkang created Yiwu's market and prosperity. What chicken feathers for sugar is bullshit, of course it's special. Because in the 1950s-1960s-1970s-1980s, hundreds of thousands of Dongyang people went out and returned to Yiwu Railway Station every year. If Yiwu Railway Station is not the location of Dongyang and Yongkang, there are few Yiwu people at all.

People in Dongyang hate Yiwu. When Pujiang built the railway station, they figured it out that Dongyang has a bright future than Yiwu, and there are several times more student celebrities than Yiwu. Yiwu has no other advantages except low labor force, many small commodities and arrogance!

Yiwu has been an economic policy directly under Zhejiang Province since 15, and the economy is managed by itself. Now, urban construction has doubled. In addition, an independent college in Yiwu began enrolling students in about 22 years. All these aspects show that Yiwu has developed very rapidly. Although not as good as Cixi in GDP, Cixi and Dongyang are also several big enterprises such as Bull. Although Yiwu has been hit hard in recent years, it is still a self-employed economic model. Of course, the government now has the idea of making it an industrial cluster, but it doesn't mean anything compared with GDP. The tax paid by a big company in a year is completely worth tens of thousands of ordinary Yiwu bosses.

I have always believed that a city needs a steady stream of migrants to develop. In the past, Zhejiang was a county economy, and the government did not grasp it tightly. Giving full play to the vitality of the private economy is conducive to economic development, but now times are different, and young graduates like to go to big cities. Comparatively speaking, Jiangsu is used to concentrating on economic development, then infrastructure attracts big manufacturers and foreign population, and then developing local industries to eliminate reforms and attract high-end talents, which is more suitable for the development of this era. In fact, the same is true in northern Zhejiang, including the so-called ring city circle in Hangzhou and the Hangzhou Bay New District. That is, to strengthen the industrial and living ties with Shaoxing, Ke Qiao, Zhuji, Ningbo and Cixi.

Moving to central Zhejiang, Jinhua city has been unable to help for decades. Outside, it has been playing the voice of changing Jinhua into Lanxi as a district, but it has not improved much. One problem is that the foreign population is gradually slowing down, and the construction of the same city can't keep up at all. Jinhua City is not as attractive as other prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta. The low-level industrial transfer in Hangzhou was first transferred to Shaoxing, Ningbo, and the worst was Jiande. Jinhua has no pillar industries, and the economic development through industrial transfer is too slow, so it is still an extensive economic stocking model. The development of Yiwu in recent years is obvious to all. The development economic center of Jinhua area at least now includes Yiwu in the next five or six years. It can also be seen from the fact that Jinhua City promoted the urban reconstruction of Yiwu at the expense of its own land use index (so Jinhua cannot be said to be a vampire). After all, even if you don't want to admit it, Yiwu belongs to Jinhua area, and the development of Yiwu is also a disguised development of Jinhua area. After all, in the long run, all cities are the same city, and now it is only a transitional stage, so it is not a matter of time, but the time is not up.

Regional county-level cities and urban areas are in the same city, but other county-level cities, such as Zhuji, are always at a low level in urban areas in all aspects, but Jinhua's economic differences are too prominent, which can be seen from Google Maps satellite images on the Internet. The distribution of urban construction between Jin Dong and Yiwu in Wucheng, let alone cities, is not even the urban-rural fringe.

Rather, it is impossible to say that the so-called Jinyi City New District aims at the so-called development in 2020. The new city must have a population first. Without industry, how can anyone come? The annual GDP of Keqiao District in Shaoxing is about 654.38+0.20 billion. Even the population of traditional light industrial areas is slowly declining, and the temporary population is only 60w. Why? Because local young people and foreigners are used to working in Hangzhou and Ningbo next door. Jinhua is the same, there is no industrial transfer from other places. I think this so-called new urban area is unrealistic. Of course, it might be better if this construction center developed from Yiwu.

However, the county-level city centers in the mountainous areas of central and southern Zhejiang are basically far apart. In this respect, the geographical location of Dongyang and Yiwu is indeed a special case. They are too close, and the economy has long been biased towards the same city. At the same time, there is more room for development, so the unified development of Yiwu may not be so nonsense. It is an expression of inequality to mention Dongyang District of Yiwu. From the perspective of equality, this place was once called Chouzhou in ancient times, including Yoichi Higashi Belt, but this name is too old, which is even more impossible.
