Hunan Vocational College of Commerce was founded in 1950. It is a public full-time ordinary college sponsored by Hunan Provincial People's Government and headed by Hunan Provincial Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. It is one of the earliest business schools established in New China. In the past 70 years, the college has been adhering to the school-running philosophy of "strengthening businesses and benefiting farmers and strengthening education" and adhering to the school-running orientation of "serving the transformation and upgrading of Hunan's modern service industry, expanding rural business services and cultivating high-quality technical Hunan businessmen". It has become an outstanding higher vocational college with outstanding business advantages, distinctive industry characteristics and advanced internal quality assurance system in Hunan Province. Twelfth strictly implement the enrollment policy of the province where the students are located, and strictly abide by the enrollment rules of ordinary colleges and universities.
