2 It is not enough for you to supervise a hotel alone, so you must use your own means and methods to mobilize the enthusiasm and responsibility of lower-level managers and let them help you supervise.

3 Someone mentioned using software for supervision. Of course, you can. I think you can use software to help you realize business data, but management is invisible. You must be on-site and be good at finding problems.

4 Communicate well with your core members and be good at motivating responsible employees so that they are willing to lead others.

5 Strictly implement the system and make it a habit.

6 Supervise more and check frequently.

7 Hold more meetings and let your subordinates report on their work progress every day, so that they can feel your concern and the importance they attach to their work.

8 Telephone supervision. If you are not in the hotel, you must always call to understand the current situation of the hotel and let your subordinates feel that you know what they are doing.
