Inspection-free entry scheme-

"Tour Hong Kong" Scheme

Any non-Hong Kong resident who has never been to other regions outside Hong Kong, Guangdong Province or Macao on or before the day of his entry into Hong Kong (excluding the compulsory quarantine period required to be completed in the Mainland or Macao at that time), and any region listed in the list of risk areas for which the Easy Return to Hong Kong/Easy Come to Hong Kong Scheme is temporarily inapplicable, can make an appointment to enter Hong Kong through the online system of the Easy Come to Hong Kong Scheme.
