What English is commonly used to receive foreign guests?

The most important job I do in my unit is to receive foreign guests, usually in a very simple and polite manner. After all, I am only responsible for reception, and more professional people will handle the rest of the work. What I often use is to say hello, such as: Nice to meet you: Nice to meet you sir (male)/ madam (female). This way: Please come this way. Tea or water: What would you like to drink ? Do you want a cup of tea or just water? Receptionist: Let me show you the way. This way, please. I'll show you the way. Please go this way. Receptionist: Can I get you something to drink? Can you have something to drink? Foreign guest: Oh, yes please. Oh, okay. Receptionist: Tea or coffee? Do you want tea or coffee? Foreign guest: Coffee, please. A cup of coffee, please. Receptionist: Milk and sugar? Do you want to add milk and sugar? Foreign guests: Without sugar, please. Please don’t add sugar. Basically, it is enough to master these basic communication, because professional personnel will come to connect with you in a while.
