What if the membership card shop is closed?

If the membership card shop is closed, it can be solved in the following ways:

1. You can ask the merchant for the balance of the prepaid card through the phone number left by the merchant before;

2. If the merchant does not give or has no contact information, you can go to the local administrative department for industry and commerce to inquire about the merchant information, and ask the industrial and commercial personnel to coordinate and claim back the balance of the membership card;

3. Contact the local consumer association, explain your situation to the consumer association and help you get your membership card back.

An offer may be revoked, except in any of the following circumstances:

(1) The offeror clearly indicates that the offer is irrevocable by determining the time limit for acceptance or by other means;

An offer is invalid under any of the following circumstances:

(1) The offer was rejected;

(2) The offer is revoked according to law;

(3) When the acceptance period expires, the offeree fails to make an acceptance.

(4) The offeree makes substantial changes to the contents of the offer.
