According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, hotels, guesthouse projects and villa projects with a building area of more than 65,438+10,000 square meters need to entrust professional EIA companies with corresponding qualifications to prepare EIA applications and report them to the environmental protection department for approval;

Entrust a professional EIA company with corresponding qualifications, with a construction area of 65,438+100,000-20,000 square meters, prepare an EIA application form, and report it to the competent environmental protection department for approval according to the reporting procedure; Hotels with a building area of less than 20,000 square meters directly fill in the EIA registration form.

First, fill in the environmental impact registration form according to the content of your construction project, or ask a qualified EIA unit to prepare an environmental impact report or report form, and then go to the local environmental protection department for approval. The following materials shall be submitted for approval:

I. Environmental Impact Statement

1. Request for Approval 1 copy (original);

2. One environmental impact report (including a CD-ROM) and 25 simplified environmental impact reports;

3. 1 copy of Statistical Table for Environmental Protection Approval of Construction Projects (original, stamped with the official seal of the construction unit);

4 preliminary opinions, evaluation criteria and total pollutant discharge indicators issued by the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau (original);

5. 1 copy (original) and 25 copies of appraisal opinions of appraisal institutions;

6. Status monitoring data issued by qualified environmental monitoring institutions (original);

7. Public participation and whether to adopt opinions (original, with announcements issued by mainstream media such as local daily newspapers and evening newspapers and whether to adopt opinions);

8. Approval documents for project proposals issued by government investment projects subject to the examination and approval system; Enterprise investment projects that implement the filing system issue project filing documents.
