Yaluzang The Bu Grand Canyon starts from Daduka Village, Pai Town, Milin County, Linzhi in the north, passes through the big bend of the Yarlung Zangbo River in Pailong Township, and ends at Basika Village, Medog County, in the south. The height difference between Daduka Village, which is 2,880 meters above sea level, and Basika Village, which is 115 meters above sea level, is 2,850 meters.

Once upon a time, the world's best Grand Canyons belonged to the Colorado Grand Canyon in the United States (2133 meters deep and 370 kilometers long) and the Colca Grand Canyon in Peru (3203 meters deep and 90 kilometers long). rice). However, after the scientific expedition to the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon in 1998, the National Bureau of Surveying and Mapping announced the measured data to the world: the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon has a total length of 504.6 meters, a deepest point of 6009 meters, and an average depth of 2268 meters.

There is no doubt that the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is the world’s largest canyon.

Needless to say, the process of adventure scientific research is not of the same order of magnitude as the hardships and dangers experienced by today’s tourists simply because of high altitude sickness. However, weren’t the efforts of the predecessors just to let people all over the world know and experience this best thing on earth?

At that time, the scientific expedition team was very excited after receiving the surveying and mapping data. They also summarized the ten characteristics of the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon: high, strong, deep, moist, secluded, long, and dangerous. , low, odd, showy.

It is also the world's largest canyon that splits the mountain barrier between the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Indian Ocean water vapor exchange, allowing the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau to receive more moisture, and its southeastern part becomes a green world. It can be said that without the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, there would be no peach blossoms and high-covering forests in Nyingchi, let alone Jiangnan in Tibet.

In the Grand Canyon in autumn, the temperature has dropped a bit. The water flow in Yarlung Zangbo seems to be less rapid than in summer. The glaciers on the mountain peaks are gradually getting colder. They are preparing for this autumn and winter. Prepare for the first snowfall.

The dense forest is very coordinated. Red, yellow, green, different tones, different layers, and different leaves finally make up a colorful painting. .

There is a saying: The Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is the most beautiful in the world. Not only is its breadth, depth and intensity unique in the world, it is also embodied in the mountain show, water show, tree show, grass show, cloud show, fog show, animal show, bird show, butterfly show, fish show, human show, village show. Show...

The Grand Canyon Scenic Area is the best choice for tourists to appreciate the show of the Grand Canyon. Here, multiple locations, multiple ways, and multiple angles can always satisfy tourists’ expectations for autumn in the Grand Canyon.

Get on the sightseeing bus and drive on the cliff road. Outside the window is the bottomless Grand Canyon. When you feel nervous and exciting, you can understand what "mountain beauty" is. ; Sit on the Yarlung Zangbo cruise ship and feel the wind blowing from the other end of the Grand Canyon. The scenery on both sides of the river recedes quickly with the splashing water. This is one of the ways to appreciate the "water show".

The water beauty of the Grand Canyon goes far beyond the surging river water. From thousand-year-old glaciers to boiling hot springs, from trickles to cascading waterfalls, water exists in the Grand Canyon in various shapes and forms. Local people discovered a hot spring in a certain mountain. It was said that the spring was so hot that it was difficult to remove it.

Staff at the Grand Canyon Scenic Area lead spring water into the riverside through pipelines and put it into a specially built pool. The hot spring flows down from the mountain and becomes just warm when it reaches the pool, which is just right for soaking in the hot spring and bathing your feet.

This place is the last stop of the bus tour in the Grand Canyon Scenic Area - Gega Hot Spring. The scenic spot is set up in this way not only to let tourists feel the water of the Grand Canyon in another way, but also to provide tourists with a rest and relaxation option after walking a few stops.

I originally wanted to follow local villager Xi Rao to the mountain to find the hot spring. He smiled euphemistically: "It's very far and difficult to climb." Although we gave up looking for the source of the hot spring, we still Climbed Mt.

At the beginning, the steps are very smooth, and it is not particularly strenuous to climb up. The moss on the stone steps and in the tree pockets has changed from green to yellow. A path was developed between the densely packed trees. It had been a long time since anyone had been here, and the fallen yellow leaves covered the ground, making a rustling sound when stepped on.

“Fungi!” The Tibetan uncle who was traveling with me was very calm about my surprise. Although I have eaten a lot of mushroom hotpot, I was still very excited when I found a mushroom in the mountains for the first time. The whole body of the white fungus pushed open the fallen leaves, and it was still stained with a little mud. You couldn't find it if you didn't pay enough attention.

Although I didn’t know whether the fungus was edible, I picked it anyway. This should be the end of the high-end food materials that the mountains in the Grand Canyon have given to humans this year. Many of the fungi are a little shriveled. If the weather hadn't turned cooler later this year, I might not even be able to catch up with this "tail". As for matsutake and other valuable fungi, they will have to wait until next year.

As we climbed higher, the stone steps turned into gravel, and the green leaves on both sides gradually turned yellow. Occasionally, a few clusters of red appeared, and a few red leaves drifted down when the wind blew. There are bunches of small red fruits on the road, which are so bright that they look very attractive. But its taste is a bit disappointing for its appearance, sour and astringent - maybe this is also one of the flavors of the Grand Canyon?

Not everyone has the opportunity to hike in the Grand Canyon. I walked for less than an hour before decisively giving up on climbing to experience the mountain show of the Grand Canyon. Even the mobile phone signals are gradually losing signal. Going higher up, the scenery may be better, but the risk is also higher.

Fortunately, in the Grand Canyon Scenic Area, there are other ways to easily stand on high places and get closer to the top of the mountain. Not far from the ancient mulberry tree, there is a piece of green artificial turf, where many tourists line up. In the middle of the artificial turf is a colorful hot air balloon. As soon as five tourists climbed into the large bamboo basket under the hot air balloon, the pilot flipped the switch, and a large beam of flames sprayed towards the hot air balloon. The bamboo basket slowly lifted off the ground. The people inside took out their cameras and looked around curiously. In front of them was the starting point of the Grand Canyon, with trees on both sides lining up layer by layer. When the hot air balloon rises to nearly 100 meters, the mountain blocking the view sinks. Namjagbarwa Peak shows more of its magnificence to tourists, which can be regarded as living up to those who rise to high places despite some fear.

The beauty of the Grand Canyon can be appreciated from thousands of angles. But there are few safe ways for people to experience the dangers of the Grand Canyon. We never advocate blind adventure and seeking excitement, but unexpectedly, the Grand Canyon Scenic Area arranged an "adventure trip". Fortunately, this adventure was carefully and scientifically calculated to ensure the safety of tourists.

A cement road near the ancient mulberry tree leads directly to the cliff. On the edge of the cliff, there is a swing about 20 meters high. Of course, everything from the shelves to the ropes to the seats is solid steel. I sat on the seat and fastened my seat belt. When the motor hummed and started to pull me up, my heartbeat began to accelerate. Of course, the higher you are lifted, the farther you will be shaken in a moment.

Maybe it was my bold words at the beginning that gave the staff who operated the motor so much confidence that he actually pushed me to the maximum limit. I didn't dare to breathe, and my body was already parallel to the ground. "Are you ready?" the staff on the ground asked me, but I didn't dare to answer. I just heard a "swipe" and I flew out.

I forgot about the physics knowledge to cheer me up. When the swing flew over the edge of the cliff and rushed towards the Grand Canyon, I didn’t know how deep it was, I finally shouted out. Soaring in the air, the cliffs on both sides and the water of the Brahmaputra River below me were making irregular movements. I was like a floating dust, stumbling in this grand canyon. "I want to go down!" Unfortunately, when you were closest to the ground, the momentum shook you again.

I don’t know how many times I shook, but I finally stopped with the help of the staff. The moment I landed, I couldn't feel any strength in my feet - the Grand Canyon Scenic Area's arrangement to experience the dangers of the Grand Canyon was very successful.

There are a thousand Hamlets in the hearts of a thousand people. The Grand Canyon is not only beautiful, beautiful, and dangerous. Only by coming and truly feeling it with your body and mind can you draw a portrait of the Grand Canyon in your heart.

The Brahmaputra Grand Canyon in 2020 must be a year worth remembering. 17 people (including a double umbrella) set a record: the first time humans used an unpowered aircraft to fly over the Brahmaputra. The world's largest canyon.

Paraglider is a type of aircraft. Different from traditional parachutes, it can help humans realize their dream of flying into the sky. This sport has only gradually become popular in China in recent years, but in Europe, the United States and Japan, this sport has long been very popular.

Muzi, a well-known pilot in the domestic paragliding circle, is also the leader of this flying event. The other dozen pilots were all invited by him from all over the country. "Everyone was very enthusiastic when they learned that they were going to fly in the Grand Canyon. This is a very rare opportunity."

However, when it comes to paragliding, enthusiasm cannot be the only thing. Flying ability is also very important.

Flying at high altitudes is more difficult and demanding than flying on plains. For this flight, they set off at seven or eight in the morning, carrying dozens of kilograms of equipment and climbed to a mountain on the other side of the Grand Canyon. That mountain has a relatively flat steep slope, which is particularly suitable for taking off.

Although the climbing height was only more than 900 meters, it took Muzi and their team three or four hours. This requires them to have enough physical strength. This alone is enough to get a glimpse of plateau gliding, which is not an easy task.

Compared to this purely physical requirement, the difficulty of flying in the Grand Canyon is considered a challenge. Muzi told everyone that the air on the plateau is thinner, the umbrella pressure is small, the airflow is stronger, the umbrella speed is faster, and the technical requirements for the pilot are higher.

The 26-year-old Feiniao has eight years of flying experience and is so obsessed with gliding that he once delivered food in the wind and rain just to buy a set of gliding equipment. This time he was also working hard and preparing for a good flight, but he "hanged on a tree" during the test flight on the first day.

The first "hanging tree" in the seven-year flying career was in the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon. The bird did not feel embarrassed: "The flying conditions here are indeed different from those in the mainland. I predicted the glide ratio wrong. So we landed early."

After completing the official flight, Muzi and Feiniao looked happy: "Everything went well, the takeoff and landing went smoothly."

In the blue sky, more than a dozen dots slowly appeared. If they hadn't lit the cigarette ribbons they carried at all times, the audience on the ground would not have noticed them. And when the small dots gradually turned into brightly colored paragliders, the audience began to shout.

After Muzi landed, he simply adjusted the umbrella wings, but his emotions were not yet calm: "Flying over the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is really shocking. This is a brand new perspective of viewing the Grand Canyon." Muzi Trying to express in words what I saw in the air: "I can see the big bends of the Brahmaputra River very clearly. When I fly close to Namjagbarwa Peak, I can see the rocks, ice and snow on its surface even more clearly. It's so spectacular!"

After experiencing "hanging on the tree" on the first day, the flying bird seems more stable: "The airflow here is a little stronger and bumpier, but after flying for a while, you will find that the airflow here is It's more regular." Feiniao also compared it with Lijiang and kept lamenting that the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is easier to fly. "It took a few turns to go up.

"

The sky in the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon is even bluer, and white clouds are flowing rapidly in the sky. "The moment I fly into the air, I enjoy it so much, and all the worries are instantly left behind. "

Muzi has flown to many places, but after flying this time, he gave an evaluation: "This is my flight. The most beautiful place I have ever visited is no less than the Alps, the birthplace of paragliding.

Female pilot Yan Zixi has been flying for more than 5 years. She is addicted to gliding: "You can fly freely like a bird." "After flying over the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, she couldn't wait to upload the recorded video to the short video platform to share the wonderful moment of overlooking the Grand Canyon from high altitude with her fans.

In fact, every pilot has Like Muzi, Feiniao, and Yan Zixi, they were all excited and excited almost the whole time. After landing, they all shared their unprecedented flying experience.

Dapeng Bird is considered a member of the flying team. In his opinion, the terrain of the Grand Canyon is very good and suitable for gliding; however, it takes at least one year of meteorological conditions to determine the basic rules of airflow in the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon.

Isn’t this flying “reading” of the Colorful Forest Festival a successful start? It is foreseeable that people with great desires for the sky, including Muzi, Feiniao, and Yan Zixi, will continue to come. Come here. Over the Grand Canyon, there will be more and more colorful paragliders...
