5. Simian Mountain Scenic Area Tourism Route

Jiangjin Wenjiazhai, I don't need a ticket. It's free and open. Red rock walls, steep terrain and beautiful mountains around. Hidden is the magnificent Wenjiazhai. Wenjiazhai is famous for 1950 folk bandits, and has become an important red tourist attraction in Simian Mountain Scenic Area. Wenjiazhai was originally built by bandit Wen Haishan. In order to store food and valuables at home, Wen Haishan secretly hired two masons and spent three years chiseling this incredibly dangerous cave village on the cliff.

6. One-day tour of Simian Mountain

Hudahu Scenic Area is located in the west of Changshou District, spanning Changshou and adjacent waters. It was named after 1958 built Dahonghe Hydropower Station and Huda Lake. The reservoir controls a 90-kilometer-long watershed with an area of 43 square kilometers. The lake area is flat with dense islands and inlets.

Honghu Lake is home to herons, geese, osprey, Zhuang Qing, water ducks and other water birds. There are more than 20 kinds of fish here, such as carp, crucian carp, bighead carp, catfish, honey and yellow croaker. This is a paradise for wild fishing. If you can go fishing by the lake, or put a boat in the middle, you can see the sparkling water, the green hills are reflected on the lake, and the shadow of the distant boat appears in the blue waves.

Huda Lake is backed by Mingyue Mountain, with beautiful scenery, including Luchi Township, Song Lin Baijia Forest Area in Qilong Village, Zhou Song Forest Area in Shabaozhai Village of Honghu Town, Ding Feng Temple to Song Lin Nanzhulin Forest in Tianguan Village, and Guojiadao Cave, Qinglong Cave, Hidden Cave, Lazy Lamplight Cave, Fengling Temple, Shabaozhai Village and Yulin River in Luchi Township.
