Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is an international hotel investment and management group with top luxury hotels and resorts all over the world. As of June 2008, 1 1, the group has operated 40 hotels in 24 countries around the world (some hotels are under preparation), of which 16 hotels are located in Asia, 14 hotels are located in America, and the rest 10 hotels are located in Europe and North Africa.

Its parent company, Mandarin Oriental International Co., Ltd., was established in Bermuda, first registered in London, and then registered in Bermuda and Singapore. Mandarin Oriental International Limited, located in Hong Kong, manages the hotel business of the whole group and is a member of Jardine Matheson Group.
