How does E Long cancel the hotel reservation order?

1. Open the home page of E Long. Click the login button in the upper right corner.

2. Enter the account number and password in E Long login interface. Then click the login button.

3. After successfully logging in to eLong.com, click the member logo in the upper right corner and select the hotel order.

4. The page jumps to the background of E Long. You can see the hotels you booked before, click on the modify order at the back, and choose to modify the check-in information.

5. Enter the modify order interface, drop down the page to the bottom, and you can see the button to cancel the order. Click this button.

6. Click the Cancel Order button in the Cancel Order interface that appears.

7. At this time, a pop-up page prompts that the order was cancelled successfully, and click OK.

8. The page jumps to the background, and you can see that the previously booked hotel order has been cancelled.
