Can French kiss infect AIDS?
1. Can French kissing infect AIDS?
French kissing may lead to the spread of AIDS.
Although French kissing pays attention to tenderness, she belongs to the deep kiss type after all.
When you kiss, you often can't help it. Inadvertently, I hurt the mucosa of the other person's mouth or gums with excessive force, causing a small amount of bleeding.
Therefore, the deep kiss type of French kissing is likely to be infected with AIDS.
It is estimated that to make the virus in saliva reach the amount that may cause infection, it is necessary to swallow more than 20 ml of infected saliva at a time.
2. Effects of oral health
For most people, oral ulcers and dental caries are very common daily problems.
In particular, oral ulcers, anxiety, improper diet and accidental injuries may all be the reasons.
Oral ulcers and dental caries are actually wounds, because they are located in the mouth, so there is no obvious blood scab like other parts.
The role of blood scab is actually to protect the wound. When the lack of blood scab directly leads to the immune dysfunction of the wound, the protective effect is completely lost, and any active virus that is not killed by saliva can survive.
3. Is normal kissing contagious?
Normal kissing doesn't.
For AIDS patients, blood, semen, mucosal exudates, wound exudates and other substances contain a large number of HIV.
In tears, saliva and sweat, in fact, the virus content is not high, and the possibility of infection is naturally small.
It is estimated that in order to make the virus in saliva reach the amount that may cause infection, it is necessary to swallow more than 20 ml of infected saliva at a time.
In addition, the virus enters from the mouth and will be eliminated through oral screening. After entering the stomach, gastric acid will also be eliminated. Therefore, as long as contact between blood and wounds is avoided, normal kissing will not infect AIDS.
4. Mode of transmission of AIDS
The main modes of transmission of AIDS are contact transmission, blood transmission and mother-to-child transmission.
Among them, touch transmission does not refer to daily handshake, but refers to contact with genitals during sexual behavior. Among all sexual orientations, "having sex with men" is the most likely behavior to spread AIDS; Among all sexual methods, except normal sexual intercourse, "back door" is an easy way of infection, because it is easy to damage the genital mucosa, so the virus will invade.
5. Latent symptoms of AIDS
1. Systemic symptoms
The most common clinical symptoms of AIDS patients are recurrent low fever (about 72%), accompanied by chills, emaciation, fatigue and weakness, weight loss (up to 5 ~ 22 kg), followed by extreme lethargy and weakness, which can not support normal physical activities. Chronic diarrhea is also a very obvious early clinical manifestation of some AIDS patients. And often can't find the cause of fever, diarrhea and weight loss. According to the analysis of the clinical manifestations of 38 cases of AIDS, the above symptoms and signs account for more than 80% of the total cases.
2. Lymph node enlargement
The incidence rate was 55% ~ 100%. When patients in high-risk groups have systemic lymphadenopathy that cannot be explained by other reasons, it is likely to be related to HIV infection. Although swollen lymph nodes are systemic, they are more common in cervical, submandibular or axillary lymph nodes. The swollen lymph nodes are not fused, hard, occasionally tender, and the surface skin has no change. The degree of lymphadenopathy is related to the titer of HIV antibody in serum. In addition, AIDS is accompanied by lymphoma, including Burkitts' lymphoma, immunoblastic lymphoma and Hodgkin's disease, and lymphadenopathy may also occur.
3. Skin damage
Skin mucosa is one of the main components of AIDS. Many AIDS patients take skin damage as the first symptom. Clinical manifestations are varied, such as rash, systemic itching, condyloma acuminatum, contact condyloma, urticaria and so on. However, the most characteristic skin damage is the skin change of Kaposi's sarcoma, and its damage manifestations will be introduced in later chapters, which will not be repeated here.
