1. Improvement of thoughts
In this training, the teacher’s teaching of our thoughts is always present. In various learning experiences, I have greatly improved my thinking level and gained a deeper understanding of what we should think and do as a service staff! Moreover, my colleagues and I study and work together, and unknowingly, our tacit understanding has been deepened, our relationship has been deepened, and our team can operate more outstandingly and effectively!
Of course, through this ideological study, I realized that there was a big problem with my past thinking! As employees, we always need the guidance of our leaders to recognize our own problems and correct them at work. This is not what we should be. 2. Improvement in ability
In this study, we have learned a lot in both service and work skills. But what impressed me most was the teacher’s improvement of our basics! Working long hours allows us to inadvertently bring our own personal habits into our work. This makes the overall situation of our team not feel good to customers! To this end, we have practiced hard for a period of time to keep our work attitudes and etiquette at a similar level! 3. Communication skills

2. Work
The core goal of participating in training is to improve our ability at work. In this study, what I gained first was the teachers’ basic explanation of the work. In the past, I was too impatient with my work, which made my foundation at work very unstable. Many basic problems will lead to loopholes. But through this training, I deepened my understanding of the basics and made my work ability more stable.
Secondly, the teachers also enabled us to master a lot of new knowledge through detailed introduction and exercises, which will be of great use in future work. In the learning of new knowledge, I changed my past personal habits, studied carefully, and actively discussed with colleagues to make my knowledge more reliable.
3. Views on myself
Through these days of work, I have learned a lot about my situation. Of course, many of these results are based on comparisons with colleagues. By comparing with my peers, I understand that I have many shortcomings and problems. Although this training has greatly improved my situation, I can't relax!
