Fujian Fuzhou Jiang Xindao
Chen Jinggu (1) is a woman who is generally respected by Fujian people. She is called Mrs. Chen near the water, Mrs. Yi Tian and so on. According to legend, Chen Jinggu was born in Xiadu, Cangshan, Fuzhou in 762 and married Liu Qi, a native of Gutian. According to legend, Jinggu once went to Lushan Mountain to study dharma, and throughout his life, he "passed on scriptures and practiced dharma, reduced demons and helped the poor." She is especially famous for saving lives. At the age of 24, she prayed for rain and drought resistance for the people and died in Qiaoshui, Gutian County. After death, he was admired by people and became a "protector of women and children".
Chen Jinggu yearned for Taoism since childhood and devoted himself to learning Buddhism. Legend has it that the underwater of Longtan Corner is the Lushan Grand Court, and the protector Xu Zhenjun is Chen Jinggu's master. She went to Lushan Mountain to learn magic and got ten gobbledygook. During her short eight years from sixteen to twenty-four, she did many good things for the local people, especially protecting women and children. The legend of Chen Jinggu is highlighted in her Pray for Rain. After the Five Dynasties, the Tang Dynasty became a natural city for three years. At the age of twenty-four, there was no rain in Fuzhou for a long time, the countryside cracked and the people were miserable. At this time, pregnant Chen Jinggu, regardless of personal safety, was born from home, holding a sword and horn, and came to Longtanjiao (in the river between Cang Qian Road and Jiangxin Park) to beg for rain. Because of the monster's long pit, the wind and waves suddenly broke out. At the critical moment, her master sent four fairies, turned them into four ducks, grabbed straw mats and floated to Yamuzhou along the river. The place name of Yamuzhou in Taijiang comes from this. However, Chen Jinggu was weak because of premature birth, and as a result, he sacrificed his young life for the people. This folklore is described in Cliff Tomb Island written by Wei Jie, a poet in the Qing Dynasty.
Green ducks gather on the beach, and the crab house in fishing village is full of fun.
Fuzhou Evening News published the article "When will Jiangxin Park reopen" on August 26th. Yesterday, the head of Cangshan District Garden Bureau said that Jiangxin Park was ready to reopen.
According to the person in charge of Cangshan District Garden Bureau, after the completion of Sanxianzhou Bridge, the district once considered introducing foreign capital to repackage and open Jiangxin Park, but the reopening of the park has been postponed because the imported projects have yet to be further implemented. At present, at the request of the masses, the district garden bureau has decided to open the park before the project. To this end, the sanitation in the park has been thoroughly cleaned recently, and turf and trees have been replanted. However, during the recent inspection, the Bureau of Landscape Architecture found that the iron bridge that entered the park was seriously corroded because it was not used for a long time, and the pier near Jiang Xindao was also displaced. Therefore, Jiangxin Park can only be reopened after experts conduct safety assessment and iron bridge repair. (Reporter Lin)

"By boat from the dock, I set foot on Jiangxin Park in a few minutes. The foot is soft yellow sand, and the river is full of joy. I happily jumped into the embrace of the river ... At that time, there were many people swimming in the river, and shallow wading and deep wading had their own fun. "
Wang Xi, a citizen of Fuzhou, wrote this when recalling the scene of that year.
1March 1997, Jiangxin Park became the site of Sanxianzhou Bridge, and the park gate was closed to the outside world.
This level is nine years.
In February 2006, the people's call for the reopening of Jiangxin Park and the relevant proposals and motions of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference finally attracted the attention of Cangshan District Government.
The relevant person in charge of Cangshan District Government said in an interview with reporters a few days ago that the government is working hard to solve the problems left over from history and strive to open Jiangxin Park at an early date.
Glorious past
The best natural swimming place

According to the records of Fuzhou Bureau of Landscape Architecture, Jiangxin Park, formerly known as Sanxianzhou, is an alluvial sandbar with an area of 4.83 hectares on the Minjiang River in Fuzhou, facing the Dragon Fish Platform in Cangxiazhou, Taijiang in the north and the Longtan Corner in Cangshan in the south.
According to legend, in May of the 21st year of Ming Chenghua (1485), most of the villages along the river were washed away, but they were alluvial into mud flats here. Farmers in Min 'an, Houguan and Huai 'an counties competed to cultivate land on the mainland, which led to war. The county officials of the three counties held their own words, and later decided that it was owned by Fuzhou government and named it "Sanxianzhou".
From 65438 to 0975, Sanxianzhou was turned into Jiangxin Park by relevant government departments.
"At that time, the park was lush, with more than 50,000 trees and flowers such as banyan, Metasequoia, willow, birch, hibiscus, mango, litchi, orange and orange. It is the best natural swimming place in Fuzhou, and it is always crowded in summer. " A person in charge of Fuzhou Garden Bureau, who asked not to be named, told the reporter.
From 65438 to 0982, with the efforts of relevant departments, Jiangxin Park built garden facilities such as Linjiang Pavilion, Mushroom Pavilion and Diaoyutai and children's amusement facilities.
"However, limited by conditions at that time, it was quite inconvenient for Fuzhou residents to take the ferry to the island. Especially in summer, many people who are too lazy to take the ferry will go directly to the river at the pier and swim in the park. Therefore, accidents happen every year. " The person in charge said.
In order to improve the play environment, Cangshan District Government decided to build Shangdao Bridge in Longtan Corner of Cangshan District.
On June 9th, 199 1 1, the construction of Jiangxin Park Suspension Bridge, designed by the Road and Bridge Teaching and Research Section of Fuzhou University and undertaken by Fujian Second Highway Engineering Company, started. On September 30th of the following year, the suspension bridge was completed and opened to traffic.
Jiangxin Park is famous all over the country.
"In that year's Lantern Festival, the Spring Festival Lantern Festival party jointly organized by CCTV and Fuzhou Municipal Government was held in Jiangxin Park. With radio waves, the beauty of Jiangxin Park began to be known to outsiders. " The person in charge said.
It is said that since then, Jiangxin Park has become a must for foreign tourists.
On the road of development
Piles of stockyards are closed to thank guests.

Jiangxin Park is famous, and tourists flock to it. Unfortunately, its reputation did not continue to spread, but came to an abrupt end at 1997.
A person familiar with the garden department told the reporter that 1995, in order to promote the development of tourism and enhance the overall image of the provincial capital city, the relevant departments of Fuzhou have determined the development plan of "taking Zhongzhou Park, Jiangxin Park and Cangxia Tian Yan Park as the' Golden Triangle', taking the beaches along the Yangtze River and Baima River as green corridors, and taking Damiao Mountain and Nanchan Mountain as climbing points".
"But the development of Jiangxin Park required huge funds. At that time, the Cangshan District Government could do nothing about it. Therefore, the relevant departments signed a development contract with Zhang Lixing, an overseas Chinese living in Britain, on 1995. He is responsible for investing in the development of Jiangxin Park in the next 20 years and building it into a tourist attraction integrating karaoke dance halls, restaurants, resorts, swimming pools, water recreation, aquariums and retail of supporting tourism products. " Informed sources revealed.
It is said that Zhang Lixing has operated Fuzhou Walter Winery Co., Ltd., Minqing Taishan Holiday Hotel and Minqing Refractory Building Materials Factory. In Fuzhou, he was the vice chairman of Fuzhou Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and the Standing Committee of Minqing CPPCC.
However, unexpected things happened, but this far-reaching development contract brought bitter fruit to Jiangxin Park.
A close insider told reporters privately that Zhang not only signed a development contract with the relevant departments for the park, but also signed a development contract for Zhongzhou Island.
"At that time, Zhang Lixing's idea was to invest 200 million yuan to develop Zhongzhou Island and turn it into a walking shopping island integrating tourism, shopping, food, entertainment and leisure, with traditional European architectural style as a whole. Continue to develop Jiangxin Park after the withdrawal of funds. "
Just when the developer put all his energy into Zhongzhou Island, another thing happened.
1In March, 1997, the construction of Sanxianzhou Bridge connecting the north-south passage of Fuzhou started. The bridge spans Jiangxin Park, and one pier is built on the park. "At that time, the project was huge and there were many building materials, so it was difficult to find an ideal yard. Therefore, Jiangxin Park, which connects the north and the south, was requisitioned by the engineering party as workers' residence and yard. "
Jiangxin Park is closed.
On May 2nd, 1999, Sanxianzhou Bridge was officially opened to traffic after more than two years of construction. However, Jiangxin Park has not been reopened.
People familiar with the matter said that after more than two years of bridge construction, Jiangxin Park has become a mess and needs to invest a lot of money to resume its opening. "At that time, the Cangshan District Government had no budget in this area at all, and could only wait for the developer's funds to be in place."
However, contrary to expectations, Zhang Lixing, which invested in Zhongzhou Island, did not get any benefits from the project. "In the Spring Festival of 2003, after the completion of the construction of Zhongzhou Island, it was criticized by almost all the media at that time. Until now, Zhongzhou Island has not surfaced."
"The failure of investment made it impossible for developers to continue to develop Jiangxin Park, and the large-scale destruction of Jiangxin Park by the construction of Sanxianzhou Bridge also made developers find an excuse to refuse investment. Jiangxin Park has been closed. " People familiar with the matter said.
Reopen the park
For contract funds, there are two obstacles
(Photo) There is a notice posted on the suspension bridge, which reads: Jiang Xindao is not open to the outside world, and no personnel or ships are allowed to board the island without approval.
In an interview with reporters, people in Cangshan District said that the call for reopening Jiangxin Park has never stopped, and the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference have relevant proposals and motions every year. "To this end, the district has decided to reintroduce developers to upgrade the park, but the reopening of the park has also been postponed because the introduced projects have yet to be further implemented."
According to reports, in August 2004, Cangshan District Bureau of Landscape Architecture decided to open the park before the project started, and invested 50,000 yuan in dredging and replanting turf and trees in the early stage.
But then, when the Bureau of Landscape Architecture inspected Jiangxin Park, it was found that due to the long-term closure of the park, the suspension bridge entering the park was seriously corroded, and the pier next to Jiang Xindao was also displaced.
It is said that according to the requirements, suspension bridges must be repaired once every six years, and suspension bridges that have not been repaired for more than ten years have serious safety hazards.
Due to security problems, the opening date of Jiangxin Park was postponed.
At the beginning of September, 2004, Cangshan Garden Bureau sent a special person to the School of Civil Engineering of Fuzhou University, and asked Peng Dawen, the designer of suspension bridge, to make a plan for the maintenance of the bridge. At the same time, the bureau also called bridge experts from the Provincial Transportation Planning and Design Institute and Fuzhou University to evaluate the bridge. "The conclusion is that although the suspension bridge has not been repaired for many years, it is not a dangerous bridge and can still be used after maintenance."
After a preliminary budget, the cost of restoring the normal use of the suspension bridge is more than 3 million yuan. If we add the restoration and greening of park facilities and the construction of bank protection, the funding gap will be more than 5 million yuan. "Without this budget, the plan to open the park will fall through." People familiar with the matter said.
However, the relevant person in charge of Cangshan District told reporters a few days ago that in order to reopen Jiangxin Park, the development contract signed before must be cancelled first. "The district is currently dealing with this matter, raising funds from various sources and striving to open the park as soon as possible."
Relevant leaders of Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Landscape Architecture also said that if Jiangxin Park is reopened, the Municipal Bureau will give "park design, adjustment and financial support", "but all this depends on the attitude and determination of Cangshan District Government".
The government's attitude has been very clear, but it is extremely difficult for developers to contact. Relevant government departments have made many contacts, but they have never been successful. The reporter tried to call the mobile phone of the developer and found that the number had been turned off. The staff of several companies also said that they haven't seen their bosses for a long time.
"If developers have been avoiding it, the district will take legal measures to solve this problem," said the relevant person in charge of Cangshan District.
