Indoor testing Rules and Standards for Indoor Air Quality Detector

rule

First, civil construction projects are divided into the following two categories according to the different requirements of controlling indoor environmental pollution.

1, a class of civil construction projects: residential buildings, hospitals, old buildings, kindergartens, school classrooms and other civil construction projects.

2. Class II civil construction projects: office buildings, shops, hotels, cultural and entertainment venues, bookstores, libraries, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, public transport waiting rooms, restaurants, barbershops and other civil construction projects.

Second, when the civil construction project is accepted, the indoor environmental pollutant concentration of representative rooms should be sampled, and the sampling number should not be less than 5% and not less than 3 rooms; When the total number of rooms is less than 3, all rooms should be tested.

Three. When the civil construction project is accepted, the concentration of indoor environmental pollutants in the sample rooms shall be tested. If the test results are qualified, the number of sampling tests shall be halved and shall not be less than 3 rooms.

When civil construction projects are accepted, indoor environmental pollutant concentration detection points should be set according to the room area.

1, when the room area is less than 50m2, set 1 inspection points.

2. When the room area is less than 50 ~1100m2, two inspection points should be set.

3. When the room area is greater than 100m2, 3 ~ 5 inspection points shall be set.

6.0. 14 When there are two or more detection points in the room, the average of the detection results of each point should be taken as the detection value of the room.

6.0. 15 When the civil construction project is accepted, the on-site detection point of environmental pollutant concentration is not less than 0.5m from the interior wall and 0.8 ~ 1.5m from the ground. Detection points should be evenly distributed, avoiding ventilation pipes and vents.

Indoor air quality standard:

Appendix A of Indoor Air Quality Standard (GB/T 18883-2002)

Appendix a

(Normative Appendix) Indoor Air Monitoring Technology

1, range.

This appendix specifies the requirements for indoor air monitoring, such as site selection, sampling time and frequency, sampling methods and instruments, detection methods of various parameters in indoor air, quality assurance measures, test results and evaluation.

Step 2 Select requirements

Sampling points: The sampling points are determined according to the monitored indoor area and site conditions, so as to correctly reflect the level of indoor air pollutants. In principle, rooms smaller than 50m2 should have (1 ~ 3) points; Set (3 ~ 5) points within 50m2 ~ 100m2; There are at least 5 points above 100m2. Evenly distributed on the diagonal or plum blossom.

The sampling point should avoid the vent and be more than 0.5m away from the wall.

3. Height of sampling point: in principle, it is consistent with the height of human respiratory zone. The relative height is between 0.5m and1.5m. ..

Sampling time and frequency

Sample the annual average concentration for at least 3 months, the daily average concentration for at least 18h, the 8h average concentration for at least 6h, and the 1h average concentration for at least 45min, covering the worst ventilation period.

4. Sampling methods and sampling instruments

According to the existing state of pollutants in indoor air, choose appropriate sampling methods and instruments, and the noise of indoor sampler should be less than 50dB(A). The specific sampling method shall be carried out in accordance with the methods and operation steps specified in each pollutant inspection method.

Sampling by screening method: close the doors and windows 12h before sampling, and close the doors and windows during sampling for at least 45min.

Cumulative sampling: When the screening sampling method cannot meet the requirements of this standard, the cumulative sampling method (annual average, daily average and 8h average) must be adopted.

5, quality assurance measures

Air tightness inspection: the power sampler should check the air tightness of the sampling system before sampling, and there should be no air leakage.

Flow calibration: The flow rate of the sampling system should be kept constant, and the intake flow rate of the sampling system should be calibrated with a first-class soap film flowmeter before and after sampling, with an error of less than 5%. Sampler flow calibration: in the normal use state of the sampler, calibrate the scale of the sampler flowmeter with the first-class soap film flowmeter, calibrate five points, and draw the flow standard curve. Atmospheric pressure and temperature are recorded during calibration.

Blank inspection: In a batch of field sampling, two sampling tubes should be left without sampling, which will be treated as blank inspection like other sampling tubes in the sampling process. If the blank inspection is beyond the control range, the batch of samples is invalid.

Before the instrument is used, it should be checked and calibrated according to the instrument manual.

When calculating the concentration, the following formula is applied to convert the sampling volume into the volume in the standard state.

6. For each parallel sampling, the relative deviation between the measured difference and the average value is less than 20%.

Scope of application of this instrument:

It is suitable for supervisors, monitoring institutions, management companies, decoration companies, construction companies, workshops, factories and mines, and can also be used for scientific research, teaching and laboratories.

This instrument is suitable for living rooms, offices, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls and other places. The instrument is beautiful in appearance, easy to carry and suitable for field use.
