Introduction to Jiannanchun

Jiannanchun brand Jiannanchun wine is a product of Jiannanchun winery in Mianzhu County, Sichuan Province. It was named Sichuan Province Famous Liquor in 1963. In 1985 and 1988, it won the title of High-Quality Product from the Ministry of Commerce and the Golden Goblet Award. In 1979, 1984 and 1988, it won the title of National Famous Wine and the Gold Medal at the third, fourth and fifth national wine tasting competitions.

In 1988, it won the Golden Flower Award at the 6th Hong Kong International Food Exhibition, and in 1992, it won the Gold Medal at the Autumn Fair in Leipzig, Germany. There is a story about the scholar undressing the golden mink and untying the mink to redeem the wine. Su Shi of the Northern Song Dynasty praised this kind of honey wine, which took three days to open the vat, and the fragrance filled the area. The nectar was slightly turbid and the wine was clear.
