The survey results show that students and parents do not have a comprehensive understanding of Zhenhai’s tourism resources, which is reflected in the fact that the number of visitors to scenic spots with greater development and promotion efforts, such as Zhaobaoshan, Zhenhaikou Coastal Defense Historical Relics, and Jiulong Lake, is much higher than that of For some less well-known scenic spots, tourism to hometowns is mainly concentrated on Zhaobao Mountain, which shows that the tourism resources developed in Zhenhai are relatively simple. From Table 2, we analyze that the biggest purpose of people’s travel is leisure and entertainment. With the enrichment of life experience and the improvement of economic income level, people are more willing to travel in the way of leisure and entertainment, and the purpose of travel is more diverse. Therefore, Zhenhai At present, sightseeing alone cannot meet people's needs. At the same time, we also found that people generally want to understand Zhenhai’s ancient history and battle history, and experience Zhenhai’s historical development and Zhenhai’s unique cultural customs. This shows that cultural tourism will be increasingly valued by people in the future. Therefore, Zhenhai will be more and more important in the development of tourism resources in the future. It is necessary to highlight the characteristics, that is, historical and cultural, and expand the diversity of tourism resources.

(2) Field investigation of Zhaobaoshan Tourist Scenic Area

1. Overview of Zhaobaoshan

Zhaobaoshan is 600 meters long from north to south and 300 meters wide from east to west. The land is 22.6 hectares, and the highest point is 80.2 meters above sea level. It is controlled by the river and the sea, and the situation is dangerous. It faces Jinji Mountain across the river, less than 100 meters apart. It was originally a tidal channel. From time to time, "turbulent waves and shocking waves hitting the sky" were seen. It was called Hou in ancient times. Taoshan is also named Aozhu Mountain because the mountain looks like an Ao Zhu in the East China Sea.

3. Summary

From the above questionnaire, it can be analyzed that most of the people who travel to Zhaobaoshan are locals, and there are relatively few outsiders. The tour time is relatively short and the external visibility is not high, so the growth rate of tourists is lower than the national level. Many people, including Zhenhai people, know little about the rich cultural resources of Zhaobaoshan. The development of tourism resources in Zhaobaoshan seems too single and has not been combined with the surrounding tourism resources, such as China's unique ancient city wall that combines seawalls and city walls. The entertainment service facilities are not perfect enough to meet the people's tourism and leisure purposes; there is also a lack of development of new attractions recently. Therefore, the Aozhu Tower built in 2000 has become a relatively hot spot for tourism. In addition, the Zhaobaoshan Scenic Area still has management and service work Poor.

(3) Investigation of "Zheng Shiqifang"

1. History and Characteristics

Seventeen Fang is located in Zhengjia Village, Xiepu Town, Zhenhai District, Wuhan With white tiled walls, small bridges, flowing water, and green tung trees and ginkgo trees, it is surprisingly quiet and simple.

"Zheng Shifang" was built in the middle of the Ming Dynasty. Zheng Kui chose Tang Road south of the mountain from Xipu to build it. Dongcang Gong was the seventeenth in the Zheng family lineage. Later, people called the place of residence the "Seventeen-room Zheng Family". Except for a few of the existing "Zheng's Seventeen Fangs", they belong to Ming Dynasty buildings, and most of them were built from the Qianlong to Guangxu years of the Qing Dynasty. There are three rooms in front of the hall, the Great Ancestor Hall, Xiaojiufang, Hengde Room, Hengxiang Room, etc. that are well preserved. Back hall building, new house, standing house, Dingfeng house, pawn house, etc. Outside the group of houses, surrounded by walls and rivers, with green water and weeping willows, every house has a port and a bridge around it. There is a street in the house and a market in the street. It is a typical Jiangnan water town architectural style, with a palace-like layout structure, a central axis and a market. On the horizontal axis, the house still retains the woodcut handwriting of Prince Cheng's inscription during the Qianlong period, "Qishui Mist Waves Half Containing the Color of Spring" and the Qing Dynasty archway stone inscription "Imperial Edict".

The construction materials of the seventeen-room building are large and exquisite.

The existing brick-carved gatehouses with hanging patterns, carved stone windows, lotus piers, wooden lattice doors and windows with fruit carvings, dragon and phoenix brick carvings on the screen wall corridor, five-level horse head wall, open-carved lions playing with balls and stone drums, and various flagpole latticeworks, The luxury, glory and splendor of the former owner are everywhere revealed.

The outstanding craftsmanship of Ming and Qing craftsmen is everywhere in the seventeen rooms. It gives people a dignified, graceful, elegant and noble beauty. The white walls and black tiles give people a bright feeling under the reflection of the jungle stream. Simple and elegant, with endless charm. Visitors can walk slowly along the lanes paved with stone slabs or pebbles, along the high walls, along the smooth stone roads, and count the unique wall doors. Go forward to find the world of art, to imagine the life in the alleys, and to listen to the echoes of history. People here experience relaxation and tranquility that are different from work, allowing people to truly relax physically and mentally and meet high-level enjoyment needs. Therefore, "Zheng Shiqifang" has high historical, cultural and tourism value.

2. Existing problems

"Zheng's Seventeenth House" is beautiful, but there are also many regrets:

Most of the buildings are not well protected. Leasing houses to outsiders is not only detrimental to protection, but also does not reflect the customs and habits of Jiangnan Water Town and Zhenhai; local people do not have a strong awareness of protection, and many buildings have been artificially renovated, causing serious damage to ancient buildings. Some houses have already It collapsed, and the flagpole that was visible ten miles away in ancient times is now gone, replaced by telephone poles; it is surrounded by modern rural houses, which is extremely inconsistent with the ancient buildings; many works of art are either resold or stolen. Therefore, it is urgent to protect "Zheng's Seventeenth House" as soon as possible.

The development is in a blank state. Since the scenic area is surrounded by existing rural houses, it is difficult for tourists to find "Zheng's Seventeenth House". There is no schematic diagram or relevant introduction in the scenic area, which makes it difficult for tourists to visit. It has caused great inconvenience, and there are very few introductions of "Zheng's Seventeenth Room" in other media, so there are very few tourists here. The only advantage is that no one here charges you admission.

3. Development ideas

1. Develop diverse tourism resources

In the "Zheng's Seventeen Rooms" tourist area, carry out renovation of existing buildings Renovation and restoration will form an authentic architectural museum of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. At the same time, custom activities with Zhenhai characteristics will be developed, such as using mud boats to collect melon seeds. Tourists can also imitate ancient Qi Jiguang's anti-Japanese games using mud boats, which will not only increase In addition to the diversity, entertainment and uniqueness of tourism, it can also stimulate people's sense of freshness, enable tourism resources to interact with tourists, and develop "Zheng's Seventeen Rooms" into a flagship product of Zhenhai's tourism resources.

2. Carry out overall development of existing resources

organically connect the Zhaobaoshan Bridge, coastal defense sites, ancient seawalls and ports near Zhaobaoshan Scenic Area. The contact information can be cable car , aerial cable bridges, and boats, so that people can not only appreciate the openness of the sea, but also appreciate the majesty of Zhaobaoshan, and also appreciate the rapid development of the motherland and the evocative stories in history; at the same time, the arrangement of the lines should enhance playability and viewing. Sex, such as allowing people to experience the thrill of cable cars, the excitement of aerial rope bridges and the hardships of ancient navigation. Movies and games will be added to coastal defense sites and forts, such as simulating ancient war scenes, to allow tourists to experience the feeling of victory in the Anti-French War. At the same time, entertainment and fitness facilities will be added to meet the leisure and fitness needs of locals.

3. Strengthen publicity and development

The tourism resources in Zhenhai lack unified development and comprehensive utilization. Many resources are divided by multiple departments and are not effectively developed, utilized, and managed. and publicity and promotion, so Zhenhai should integrate existing resources, strengthen connections, develop different characteristic tourism resources, and conduct unified publicity to the outside world.

4. Do a good job in protecting tourism resources

During the field investigation, we felt that although the relevant departments in Zhenhai have done some protection and repair work on tourism resources, there are still We call on the relevant departments to establish relevant policies and regulations as soon as possible and implement relevant responsibilities so that Zhenhai’s tourism resources can be preserved for a long time.

4. Thoughts

After nearly a year of study and research, under the guidance of Teacher Du, our Zhenhai Tourism Resources Geography Research Group can finally complete the project. Looking back on the investigation process in the past year, we have gone from determining the topic, clarifying the direction of investigation and research, learning relevant theoretical knowledge to conducting group investigations, field visits, analyzing data, and summarizing the results. It is not easy. We have encountered many difficulties and setbacks. , also experienced failures and hardships. However, through the efforts of the entire group, we overcame these factors and completed this project relatively smoothly. Here, our entire group would like to express our gratitude to those who gave us help, encouragement, and support.

In this project, we mostly used a combination of field investigation and personal interviews. By going out of school and contacting society, we learned knowledge that we could not learn in the classroom, so in a lot of time To a great extent, it has exercised our social investigation ability and ability to observe things. In particular, it has exercised our courage, tempered our will, enhanced our experience in communicating with others, improved our social practice ability, enabled us to learn how to apply the knowledge we have learned to solve practical problems, and changed us The original concept of learning.
