Hello everyone!
I am honored to participate in the 20 13 "hospitality Yanzhou" star hotel service skill competition on behalf of Xinglong Hotel, and I feel very honored. After the big waves of the contest, I calmed down and summed up the experience and lessons of the whole process. Here I want to talk about my feelings and experiences in participating in this competition.
I was lucky enough to win the first place in the stage setting skill group of this competition. As a new employee, I feel very honored to receive this honor. In addition to joy, more is moved and grateful. Since joining the work, it is the warmth of home, the help and tolerance of leaders and colleagues, which gives me the opportunity to achieve such results today.
Here, first of all, I would like to thank the hotel leaders for their concern and expectation for my growth, so that we can grow better and faster in a humanistic environment that respects labor and attaches importance to talents. Secondly, I thank my leaders and colleagues for their careful care and selfless help in my daily life and work, which has significantly improved my business level. During the competition, my leaders and colleagues constantly gave me confidence, helped me release the pressure, and let me play my normal level and win the first place. As an ordinary employee, from the preparation to the competition to the end, I want to share with you three experiences of participating in the competition:
Lesson 1: There are more goals than learning. A qualified employee should not only be satisfied with the immediate work, but also have ideas, pursuits and the spirit of learning and enterprising. If we are only content to work for the sake of work, we can't be an excellent server. Therefore, we should make learning a habit, aim at becoming a senior employee, and make every service and job we handle a quality product.
Lesson 2: Make work a pleasure and pursuit a pleasure. Everyone has his own dreams and goals, but all dreams and goals must be realized by happy work. Without a peaceful mind, you can't be happy at work; Without a good professional level, you can't be happy at work; Only with a calm mind and excellent professional level can we actively participate in the competition and meet all challenges happily.
Lesson 3: Grateful for the hotel. The growth of each of us is inseparable from the meticulous care and care of Xinglong Hotel, a big group. This "home" is the foundation of our survival and happiness, which needs to be managed and maintained by all of us. We should redouble our efforts, return with excellent results, and achieve "the hotel is for me and I am for the hotel". While correcting the working attitude, actively participate in various skills training, strive to improve their own business ability, better serve the public, and win glory for themselves and Xinglong Hotel.

As employees, only in the atmosphere of hard work and entrepreneurship can they flourish. I will live up to expectations, make persistent efforts, do a good job, strive to achieve new achievements and greater improvement in business, and contribute to the healthy development of Xinglong Hotel!
